I absolutely agree with the number one. Tolosa/Toulouse, the occitan city, is a laid out place, nice, with a good climate and friendly people, and stunning sorroundings (Carcasonne, Albi, ...)

@@Thomas-my5lm Great argument🤡
@@andreww3621 He's a doubting Thomas indeed.
Yeah! Finally someone said something nice about Marseille. I've been here for nearly 15 years now. Riding my bike along the Corniche is still a great pleasure every time.
Bonjour ... I'm from India . I'm going to persue my internship in Arles , France. And I would definitely like to know the culture nd workplace of there could you please help me out .
Good video. Would be nice if you'd show where the cities are on a map.
google it
I am living in tolouse but i am moving in lille because lille is very modern city in the centeral of Europe. Just amazing
Really ? I lived 4 years in Lille and I found it very gloomy and depressing. Winters are grey and so long, there is no nature around, the architecture is sad... I left for the sunny south of France and the quality of life is sooo much better here.
France is the world turism leader for decades now and i know why now after visiting it many times i love it so much !!!!!
Happy to see Montellier in top 5.
Excellent video- very informative and to the point! Thank you
Nice video and informative! Please do more similar videos introducing other countries alike. Thanks!
Just one comment: The French language is radically different than Spanish or Italian in pronunciation and one good example of that is the the "au" sound usually pronounced "ao" in Spanish and Italian is instead pronounced simply as an "o" in french, same thing for the "eau" too actually. So, this means that Pau is pronounced like "Po" not "Pao", anyway, great video, thanks!
I'm so happy to live in France 😊
Your analysis are top notch ,
Making it easy to deside
Nice sharing my friend 👍😁
Thanks so much for the video
Pau is pronounced Poe (Edgar Allen...) rather than Pow! Je vous en prie 🇨🇵🇪🇺. Glad my city is not listed 👍.
Nice is the absolute best(besides for the rocky beach)!!🌴🌴☀️☀️
I do not like cities crowded expensive. Best climate small towns are my favorites. Arles Aix and Saint Paul de Vence are my 3 favs.
Nice video. But it’s not ‘Pow’, it’s ‘Poh’. For Pau. And I love Toulouse.
Thank you for loving my town!!!
@@patriciagendre1905I might move to Toulouse for education. What is the climate like there, is it too hot?

During summers, just try and live in the southern part then you’ll enjoy 😊
Biarritz definitely deserves a spot in the top ten.
@High Priest of Goof: Agreed on Biarritz. La Rochelle and Nantes are also deserving of a mention. Easier to pronounce than Pow. 😜
So much of France is amazing. I plan to move there in retirement. Just not sure where yet!
You must be an American !

Is the cost of living a per month cost? Per person? Your videos are not clear about what this includes.
Number 6: Kahn :)
Great vid. You should do one for Spain.
He did..........one week after your comment.
Yeah! It's easier to pronounce the names correctly.
I prefer the smaller towns. Like Menton or monaco
KEEP IT UP FOR THE SAKE OF HUMANITY LOVE KINDNESS PROSPERITY AND HAPPINESS
Lyon is great for food, but is not very friendly and also not very clean. Cote dÁzur is beautiful, but most beaches are just a tiny strip and usually pebbly and not sand.
What includes the cost of living?
No love for Avignon?
Provence is the nicest region of France
Too hot from june to august
Strasbourg, Colmar, Annecy, La Rochelle...
@@lupiniii7025 Yep, the Alsace region of France is the best!
Also the most expensive outside Paris. I like Avignon.
What are the cities with cool & moderate weather?
Thanks for your reply!
♥️
In this top 10, definitely Nice. Not cold in the winter, no much Wind. But à lot of insécurity
Along the atlantique ocean, the weather is mid (around 10 degrees in winter, 25 in summer) Cities like : La Rochelle, Biarritz, Vannes, Les Sables... In the south, winters are pretty mid (around 15 degrees), but summer are hot ( around 35).
I would have included Tours and/or Orleans.
Çok güzel
Tell us about the Agencies please l want to go in france
vive la France
The best city is Grenoble😍😍
After decades of dealing with the oppressive heat humidity and sunshine of the American southeast, I would love to move to a place that is rainy, foggy, dreary, misty and not oppressive in the summer. Anyone know a good place in France, or even Europe? I have EU citizenship.
Bretagne
Lisbon
With an EU Passport you can live anywhere in Europe! Italy, France, and so many other places.
Austria. You have real freedom!
@@patriciamoore3318 yes. Where would you recommend for the rainy/foggy weather?
@@salvatorelivreri Definitely Ireland. 🇮🇪

Canada sucks. Everything is expensive and the government is communist.
Best place to live in Canada is Ireland.😂
The country side is gorgeous and my talents are probably worth more in france Cooking is the only thing I do that I'd say is worth paying for
Plus my my great grandma 100% french but was born in the US so citizenship by decent is not something I can take advantage of
Btw My great gandma is almost 94 Fairlane certain she is immortal
France is very beautiful country, I think that the best city to live in France is Lyon!

Hello
If you live longer than 6 months in FRANCE, YOU WILL GET TANGLED UP to their taxation system, sometimes 37% of your foreign income can be taxed. To be warned.
Really? Good to know, thanks!
Merci beaucoup, you helped me a lot.
Many taxes in France...but one of the best social systems in the world, which has a cost...

Probably meant foreign tourists.
I love you Paris city Paris city is my all time favourite city in the world love you France 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷
Marseille...ha! Crime is up and specifically on the north african and middle eatern drug "quartiers"
Yes just like Nice. To be avoided at all cost if you want to come out alive. Plus all your belongings will get stolen by north africans and junkiies
France is expensive AF !
Yes it is
France is better than usa to live
How are their taxes..?
@@silkshirt17witdajhericurl80 the better question is what do you get for your tax money

Pow! FFS! Why couldn't you have done a little bit of research? It's pronounced Po.
What are your suggestions then?
Moi j’aime Narbonne!
@@divineempress8539 The Alsace region of France i.e. Colmar, Strasbourg, Riquewihr etc.
C'est vrai. En fait, souvent les gens qui postent ce genre de videos sont ceux qui ne connaissent rien sur leur sujet.
Oui et non.
Pau is pronounced PO, like Poland. You should at least learn a bit of pronunciation if you're going to comment on anything in France. Frankly, you should stay in the US.
Good ol’ French hospitality
Before lecturing anyone, dear France, start with learning first some education and politeness, especially towards someone who is making a positive video.
@@UrsusHorribilis This woman is only stupid. It is international. Really sorry that foreigners have to endure people like France (besides and unfortunately, her name is the same than the country 😂)
@@heliedecastanet1882 : FRANCE BONNIE n'est pas francais/e. The use of English would indicate that the poster is British.
@@mickeencrua En fait, je n'en sais rien. Je suis tombé sur plusieurs de ses posts qui semblaient suggérer qu'elle vivait en France, et à certaines réactions, j'ai supposé qu'elle était française. Mais vous avez sans doute raison.
I actually don't know. I came across several posts from her, which led me to think she lived in France and maybe she was French.
It is not rare that French people write comments in English, considering English is the main language of this media 🙂
Bonne journée à vous !
Sounds like a pro-France tourism spiel. Just returned from three weeks in France to include two weeks on motorcycle riding through the French Alps. Spent two weeks there in 2018 as well. Have a niece who studied Engineering in Lyon. She has no desire to live there. Uncontrolled immigration has resulted in high crime, food is extremely expensive and over rated. If you don’t speak French, don’t expect to find it easy to communicate.
If you don't make the effort to learn French than HOW TF do you propose to communicate? I'd say you're a Brit. Everyone in Lyon must learn English so that they can listen to you telling them how exceptional you are.
Each experience is different. I love living here in the south of France. Beautiful landscapes surrounded by the sea and the mountains, sunny weather all year long, good Mediterranean food, warm people, beautiful architecture... To each their own I guess.
@@Misterjingle I agree with you. I reread my post and it sounded a bit negative. My comment that your video sounded like a tourism plug was meant as a compliment. My wife and I spent 10 days riding the Southern Alps from Geneva to Nice and back and another ten days in a car. Europe has dramatically changed through since first living in West German 1980-1983 and again 1989-1993. I have lived, worked and traveled in over 60 countries and all our States. For me. anywhere in the Alps is per bliss.
