How to start seeing things form a different perspective? If we always only look at the world through our own view and our own frame of reference we are unable to expand, grow or self discover solutions.

One skill we have as a human is the capability to take a different perspective.
Seeing things from a different perspective is about being able to understand a situation from the point of view of another person.
Its very often not that one person is right or one person is wrong you could both be right it's just the way you're looking at it.
To self discover solutions is so important to listen and see things from another persons viewpoint. It expands your thinking and truly you can start to shift your perception. Wouldn't it be wonderful not to have to be right all the time? We all waste a lot of energy trying to convince others they are wrong.
This self discovery exercise about listening and therefore seeing things from different perspectives which can alleviate our sometime constant need to be right.
