So nice to see lots of familiar places that we walk when we visit Gibsons. This time with the added snow! Always beautiful! Thank you for showing the washrooms, I'm always wondering about that! heh! I hope Paul feels better really soon!

@@LiveontheSunshineCoast thanks Val! We're planning on moving there this spring. We're thinking of a 1-2 acre plot, what do you think is the better area for growing? We noticed the Madeira area is quite rocky, do you think Powell is a better choice for garden growing.😊
@@bibianesproule5876 You're welcome and congrats on venturing a move! You'll find growing options on the Lower and Upper Sunshine Coast. But yes, with that being your priority you'll really have to pick your right piece of land. If you're not sure yet on Powell River area or Lower Sunshine Coast, hopefully you have a few visits planned to familiarize yourself with the area. The Sunshine Coast is rockier than I'm used to (coming from the prairies) but there is some good ALR (agricultural land reserve) too. Around Gibsons/Port Mellon there are some nice pieces of land for growing, some have more acres than what you're looking for.
