Magie Noir - TOTALLY was a LEGEND in USSR! From what I remember it was a luxury perfume, very expensive and hard to get your hands on with the whole shopping situation... I got a bottle here in the US just so I can finally learn about it, didn’t have chance to try it there then...

I own Magie Noire in a different bottle, I guess it’s vintage. Finally got a bottle of Eau de Velours and really love it. I also love Opium and Poison. To me the Paco Rabanne XS bottles with the snake look like Halloween.
JHG has my heart. Vengance Extreme is even better. I feel like a badass lady while wearing it. It has that mysterious, dark, seductive modern witch vibe (if that was a thing).You know you shouldn't mess with her but you just can't resist her. If this perfume was a song it would be "I put a spell on you"

Every year as part of my Halloween decor I have a display that’s very gothic & glam with fragrances displayed on it, that are in black , red, gold , or silver bottles. Really enjoy looking at them displayed this way.
I luv le Baiser du Dragon. Its so rich and unique. I have 2 bottles. Its sexy and like no other. I mainly get alot of amaretto and patchouli from it. Dead sexy. 😘👍😳

Yes, 100% agreed that people into fragrance should smell the classics! I got a mini vintage of Opium last year and as soon as I smelled it, I knew I had before a long time ago. I also knew it it is not my type of fragrance at all. I much prefer Poison that was available shortly after Opium. I love, love, love Poison. 😊

Halloween is my favorite holiday! I love this time of the year-the chilly air, the leaves turning and all of the different scents in the air-Love it all. Dior's Poison especially vintage is, for me, the epitome of Halloween. I can imagine a witch brewing this magical elixir deep in the woods on a chilly day. Great choices in your video!

Totally agree with Zirzilla. Magie Noire is a hidden gem next to Nocturnes de Caron, Tocade and Femme by Rochas, Van Cleef & Arpels First and so many more. These are all classics that young generation is not aware of or doesn't appreciate.
I just picked up Halloween “Shot” from FragranceNet. The notes in this one are some of the most unique I have ever seen blended. It’s not expensive and I hauled a total of 3 perfumes in that haul. The other 2 were a niche and a designer...I sent back those 2 and kept Hallowe’en Shot. Thank you for sharing 👻🎃🔮~Kim
Revlon’s Ciara smells like an old mildewy perfumed haunted house. And Serge Lutens Borneo 1834 is a like and old dusty chest with patchouli. Also Serge Lutens Cuir Mauresque. It just smells creepy and vintage. I also like Oud Palao on Halloween.

Im 31. When i was a young girl my grandmother had this perfume and it was sooo sooo heavy i didnt like it at all. My mother either. And now its my favorite special perfume 🤣🤣🤣
The last Halloween was long time ago, but when you mentioned the Soviet Union, I remembered that when I lived in Kazakhstan, my grandma had a perfume from the classic Russian brand Novaya Zarya, it smells exactly like the vintage Magie Noire . It was like a clone, considering most Soviets couldn't afford the Western perfumes.

Probably not from Dior or Lancome, but more likely some dupes (who could afford a designer perfume in the 90s anyway xD).
