May I ask? When you were doing habits, and the sleep and water one? What did the 1.0 and the 2.0 mean??? I am very stupid so, I was just wondering. XD
Ohh its for my water intake (1.0 Liter & 2.0 Liter ) while for sleep tracker i wrote the hour on the right side of the graph. i'm so sorry.. my bad bcs it was not clear 😣

I understand now though it makes a lot of sense, another question though, do you just colour in a square if you had 1.0 Liter/2.0 Liter or, do you do something else? Because I am thinking of doing something similar to that since it takes up a little less space.

hi noor, sorry for the late reply. simply cross each day if you done each routine. as for the water intake (that i wrote 1.0 and 2.0 liters on the left table) and sleeping tracker (4, 6 and 8 hours on the right side of the table), use them to record your daily water intake and sleeping hours (you can adjust the value based on your liking). and for the screen time, you can actually use your phone to track how many hours you spent on screen but i prefer it to be more visual because i wanted to reduce my screen time hence the tracker :D

I just use the basic one. Yes i really recommend you to record when there is adequate lighting, or maybe you can use extra study lamp to provide you more light 😃
