I'm going to add the "My Year In Polaroids" spread to my bujo. It's one that I've never done before.

I like to add memories page to my monthly spreads. And that way I Can get all my memories in that month
I have found the future log very helpful. Because it has the monthly calendars, I've eliminated the year at a glance spread. I just reference the future log calendars. ❤🌅🌵😷
yeah that makes sense to me! i probably won’t use the year at a glance spread every year if i have a future log

Tbh this is amazing!!! Unlike others i dont really have that many markers and stuff so this is really helpful because you only used 1 highlighter thank you!!!
Edit: sis i just finished at few pages (5) and i think my hand is gonna drop off

i love to use just one marker for each month so i don’t have much either! i bought the 50 pack of crayola markers when i first started and it was so cheap! definitely a good buy if you want more colors but don’t want to buy those expensive markers. other than that i would just buy tombow markers as i needed them!
and omg my hand was cramping after some of these spreads 😂 they were worth it tho!

Your video was so good! U were very organized and I loved how you chose gray for the beginner colors. I will use some of the ideas you said as I want to start off 2021 clean and fresh. You deserve to hit ur sub goal! :)
If your bujo starts in January, the future log starts in February (in the future, otherwise this is just a birthday list). Starting in February means the log ends in January, giving you somewhere to write entries when you are scheduling January events in the middle of November and December. ❤🌅🌵😷
Instead of writing the current January's events on the future log, you just enter them in to your January spread. ❤🌅🌵😷

I love the idea of bujo but I've always stopped using it because of the compulsion to make very intricate and artistic spreads and always burn out pretty quickly. So this time, I've pushed myself to stay as minimal as possible (while still satisfying my artistic side). So far so good! I first found you through your December plan with me, and I really appreciate your beautiful style that's clean without being sterile, if that makes sense.
Your 2021 set up is so calming, I love it! I think I'm going to add the 100 things to do spread. I want to read a book in one of the languages I'm studying (probably a kid's book given my skill level, but a book is a book, right?), and learn something new in embroidery! I'm going to have to think a lot to fill out the other 98 things lol. What are some things you've put in yours?

I'm going to try to make my own bullet journal which probably isn't going to work but bullet journals are like R500 and my parents aren't going to spend that much so life sucks but your BJ layout is perfect for me so I'm going to be using this one if I have a bullet journal for next year

So umm first of all, new subbie here. I literally love every single spread that you did. The colors are perfect and minimal is my jam! Thank you for not being soooo doodley or overwhelmingly artistic. I'm literally starting my first journal this year and some videos, although beautiful, are very overwhelming. It's nice to see someone bring it down a few notches every once in a while. Hope you can follow me on my journey as well. I'd love any tips that you are willing to share. I'll be starting with an Archer and Olive journal that I hope will finally be here next week. I can't wait to set it up!

awh thank you! and yes of course you can use my spreads in your journal 🤗 when i was in college i would just use my monthly calendars to outline my assignment but if you wanted to plan more than a month then making an assignment tracker like the future log would work well!

I love the simplicity and gray-scale. One question though. Why would you write all the dates twice...once as calendar and once in future log? Seems redundant...or am I missing some functional reason? Would love to know.

depending on how many spreads you use for each month, this can fit a whole year! i like to use a lot of spreads each month so i split my year in half, putting the first 6 months into this journal and the other 6 months in a different one. i buy two of the same journal so that I know they go together!

Pretty sure you can design your calendar so it works best for you. Mine starts on Monday.
i do start my weeks on sunday but people can start the week however they want! lots of people start with monday

i use the arteza inkonic fineliner for writing in my journal!
Can someone tell me what the future log section does?
I use mine to go ahead write down things that come up before hand. Say it’s only Feb. and I get invited to a big party in May, you go to the future log, find May and then add it in. I always check my future log when setting up a new monthly. I also put a small one at the back of my journal for the next year so when I start the new year anything I already know about is there. Hope that helps.
