The Cowboys' defense came in sixth ranked against the run and got bulldozed for 190 yards on the ground. Dak Prescott struggled in his return from injury as he kept overthrowing receivers and also had an interception. The only positive that I saw from Dallas is the fact that their QB admitted responsibility for the loss and didn't seek to put blame on his wideouts, or on the defense, or on the coaching. I have a feeling they'll bounce back and do good things.
The 94 49ers team got smacked by the Eagles. The 92 Cowboys likewise got smacked by the Eagles. The 95 Cowboys got smacked by the 49ers at home. The Cowboys smacked the 96 Packers.

Definitely not arguably the worst performance, not even the worst performance against Broncos. I would say the last time they played Broncos in like 2017 was worse. Those first 4 games or so last year were extremely bad. Its just they inflated in garbage time like no tomorrow. Cowboys against Colts in 2018 was probably the worst offensive performance since the Carter/Hambrick days. Although this one was also as bad its just the 16 points in garbage time made it look a bit better.

I don't understand it either, he's not like eye popping but he's not terrible either. He's just really solid. I think it's more like coming out of Louisville we expected him to be on a Lamar Jackson level (I only compare them because both from Louisville) but he's just a decent QB, bounced around a bit.
If the blitz doesn't get there then it's easy to throw against zones. Zone blitz puts pressure on qbs and forces bad reads and bad passes. But no pressure means you get burned every play.

The Broncos receiving core is the strength of the team when healthy, really helps the running game. I don’t think it’s an accident they played their best game since the Giants game, the last game when the receiving core had been healthy.
Being born and raised in Dallas/Ft.worth Texas them boys is all we know, but I love watching when Sha Sharpe get under skip skin!
