- Eine Führerstandsmitfahrt auf der Zillertalbahn, einer österreichische Schmalspurbahn in der Bosnischen Spurweite von 760 mm. Sie führt durch das Zillertal in Tirol von Jenbach nach Mayrhofen. Betrieben wird sie durch die Zillertaler Verkehrsbetriebe AG - vormals Zillertalbahn AG - mit Sitz in Jenbach.

Wie immer eine schöne Fahrt durch das schöne Zillertal, aber leider nicht neu. Das gleiche Video gab es schon vor 5 Jahren.
Das Video wurde von einem anderen Kanal auf diesem Umgezogen. Ich hab das Video vor einigen Jahren aufgezeichnet.
Und für die österreichischer alles liebe ♥♥
Abgesehen von den typisch österreichischen Trapezen, die am Eingang der Bahnhöfe und teilweise sogar auf halber Strecke zwischen den Bahnhöfen angebracht sind, fallen mir keine leuchtenden automatischen Sperrsignale oder Achszählsperrsignale auf: Ich frage mich daher, wie der Lokführer das hinbekommt er kann fortfahren oder nicht. Einzelverwaltung über Funknachrichten (so etwas wie die RETB, die entlang bestimmter verkehrsarmer Strecken in Schottland installiert wurde)? Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Verfügbarkeit und Ihre Antwort
Soweit ich das noch von der Aufnahme weiß, hat der Lokführer immer auf einen Knopf gedrückt im Führerstand. Anschließend wurde das mit zwei piep Signalen quittiert.

@Lisa Kehrmann es ist nicht geklaut, da ich der Produzent der Videos bin. Früher habe ich mit einem anderen Kanal zusammen gearbeitet. Dies ist beendet.
I’ve been here before, but I dont remember anything anymore as its been 35+ years ago. I dont remember it being dual track.
The track could be changed in the last decades.
Interesting railway. Narrow gauge but on a track bed that would take standard gauge for width and clearances. there are no tunnels or over track bridges and the only large river bridge had massive height clearance through. As far as I could see there where two sidings where the piggy back system would be required for standard gauge wagons and one of those (timber yard) was blanked off. There was in the starting yard at Jenbach a large number (estimate 30+) of piggy back wagons stacked so are these redundant or is there a big project due where these wagons will be need? The big question must be, do they go standard gauge and/or electric and is there enough income if this is done.

Neustadt einen kurzen Abschnitt an dem äußere Aspangbahn und Mattersburgerbahn parallel verlaufen, also ohne Zug würde man glauben es wär eine zweigleisige Strecke aber tatsächlich fahren die Züge nebeneinander wie auf einer eingleisigen, in meinem Wr. Neustadt Video war ich an einem Bahnübergang über besagten Abschnitt

Apart from those typically Austrian trapezoids used at the entrance to the stations and in some cases even halfway between one station and another, I don't notice any luminous automatic blocking or axle counting blocking signals: I therefore wonder how the train driver manages know whether he can proceed or not. Yes, it's a GPS & radio based system.
There was an article about it in the 5/2017 issue of "Signal & Draht" (unfortunately CZcams doesn't allow links, but it should be easy to find).
The additional trapezoid boards indicate additional stopping locations (basically the location of the 'virtual signals' of the control system, comparable to block indicator boards in LZB or ETCS).

a computer-based train control system (Zugleitsystem) from
RDCS. The system controls all train routes (radio-based control)
from the operations centre. The trains are located via balises and
GPS. Orders and indications about the route are sent over a radio data network to the train and are displayed as a cab signals
to train drivers. Voice radio is used only in emergency situations
and as a backup. However, the system does not contain trackside
light signals (except point-position signals), only the fixed mechanical boards. One of the potential train stopping points designated by trapeze board fixed mechanical signal (Trapeztafel) is
a point on the entrance to station, which actually corresponds to
the point of home signal in conventional interiocking systems."
Being GPS based the system also seems to not allow concurrent movements within a station (as GPS doesn't provide enough resolution to distinguish between tracks). E.g. @18:50 where the train stops before the station until the opposite train has come to a stop. (Albeit, the reason could also be platform access over the tracks.)
Another example is @33:44 where you can hear the system announce "Fahrweg-Ende" ('end of movement authority'), i.e. a "red" signal (which only manifests as a trapezoid board @34:20).
The only physical light signals are locally controlled a) point position signals (two white lights indicating the direction), b) level crossing signals (yellow blinking light) and c) request-stop signals (red blinking light, activated from a button at the platform) - all of which are independent from the train control system.

♥♥ ja mit die sind wir im Urlaub gefahren mega 👍 👍 2020 im Juli Anfang August, wir haben eine Ferienwohnung bekommen wir sind aus Osnabrück 😀 der Preis super können wir empfehlen ich meine einmal in der mit der Dampf Lok 🚂 der Respekt ist wichtig wegen der Maskenflicht und Spender für die Leute 👍👍 3 Wochen waren wir da ein Weg ♥ von Osnabrück nach fügen 850 km entfernt die Ferienwohnung haben wir in hart gehabt nach fügen ca 6km mal zu Fuß oder Fahrrad 🚲 aus geliehen ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wie gesagt unter corana Bedingungen und wenn es gut geht kommen wir 2024 wieder

Hat sich in der Zeit viel verändert?
Ich habs am Ramsauer Bahnhof erkannt. Dort ist rechts der Spielplatz bei den Bäumen nicht mehr in den Bäumen sondern er wurde komplett umgestaltet. Weiter wurde von diesem Spielplatz in das Gebäude auf der anderen Schienenseite ein Übergangsbrücke geschaffen.
Gibt bestimmt noch mehr was sich verändert hat.
