I like the cunning hare's dynamic but this felt more like a Nicole teaser than an Anby teaser. Hopefully we see more of Anby's character in the demo
They look like three siblings trying to avoyd going broke.
Tbh, she's looks like the silent type who doesn't talk much, so making Nicole talk more makes sense.
Also Anby and Nicole are probably sisters, for the fact that both of their surnames are Demara.

Im glad there making a new indentity with this game on how they do with there trailers, layouts of everything, cause starrail was, let's face it very similar to genshin, and I'm glad everything is looking great so far, and making itself feel differnt then the other hoyo games, hopefully it all goes well at launch

The way the artists were animating on the edge of upskirting and not in Anby shots was funny.
Loved the dynamic of starting the story, going through the flash back to contextualize the viewer and then going back to the actual moment. This game is promising and clearly designed by talented people. Congrats!

The combat experience in the beta is absolutely nuts!! Imo the english dialogue is a lot smoother, props to the VAs! Excited for the good music as always!
I heard the mobs are pretty easy and no challenge 🤔
@@vermusl6316they improved the mobs , new enemies , mobs now attack more frequently but for an action rpg with Roguelike elements the enemies are still pretty easy yes , although I haven’t seen all the beta footage yet so who knows maybe they get more difficult after 10 hours

Usually Hoyoverse games backload the difficulty in order for new players to have a more casual experience. It was like that in Genshin and it is like that in Honkai Star Rail. I'd imagine there will be tougher encounters in ZZZ endgame and then again, the toughest thing is getting that Artefact/Relic anyways
Seing as how Hoyoverse is releasing character trailers for ZZZ, I KNOW FOR A FACT THE RELEASE OF THIS GAME IS CLOSE!

ZZZ might be a game you shouldn't be sleeping on. I like the artstyle + I hope the game is gonna have a decent amount of content early on. I already play Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail and I think that I might have to add ZZZ to the list aswell. :)
I love the artstyle
Even though this is supposed to be an Anby trailer, it feels more akin to a “Cunning Hares Squad Introduction” trailer.
Anby herself arguably has the least impact within the scene compared to Billy or Nicole, and she’s acting more as a narrator to the general events rather than the focus of the overall trailer. It ends up feeling like a “second-person perspective” story, where Anby is the perspective character, but plays a supporting role to the trailer story’s actual protagonist, Nicole, since Nicole is the one with who has the main conflict (bankruptcy) and is taking the initiative to resolve it. Think of it like a Watson to Holmes, or Nick to Gatsby situation.
That said... there just might be no way to realistically frame this well, since Anby seems to be the soft-spoken, professional member of the trio. So it'll be hard to make her stand out regardless.
At any rate, it's a notable step down from Billy, presentation-wise. Guess we'll see how Nicole's looks in a few days.
To be fair she does watch a lot of movies and take A LOT from them. So it makes sense that she would be the narrator. But stillfor her teaser trailer there's too little of her.
but that is what anby is like. i think they nailed her personality. you'll understand when you play the game.

@@nekoraver6179 I get it. But for a character trailer, you kinda want the subject character to be a big focal point and make an impression. And we ourselves cannot understand it in full yet because… well… game isn’t out yet.
I suppose the nature of her personality is just an inherent limitation in that regards. It’s harder to showcase the personality for a naturally soft spoken character compared to a louder one I guess
This a teaser ._. Not trailer. What have we learned from Hoyoverse game up till now? They always release teaser for background story surround a certain character, and trailer or demo for the character presentation.

Love the character design
The Cunning Hares trio remind me of Lupin III. There personalities don’t align perfectly but Nicole reminds me of Lupin, Billy reminds me of Jigen Daisuke, and Anby reminds me of Goemon Ishikawa. That said the Cunning Hares also swap personality traits with other characters. Nicole’s smug savviness reminds me of Fujiko for example, and Billy has that rowdy go-getter attitude that Lupin has. Anby is very similar to Goemon both in the role that she plays in the team as well as personality. A lot of these similarities are surface level and at most are probably just sly nods if anything else. The cunning hates are younger than Lupin’s gang and their individual characters play off of each other very differently. That said, the group does have a similar vibe that carry over from the inspiration and that’s one thing I like about the Cunning Hares.
