I'm wondering the same thing! The basket I bought didn't come with any instructions, so I don't understand how I'm gonna install that part below the handlebar without detaching the handlebar. Did you find out?

he never showed if you should remove the front handle bars.
Install the handlebars first. Once the handlebars are in place, you can then install the basket following the instructions on the video.

It's a support bracket that attaches on the front hub and hold the weight of the front basket.
