- Basic Drill-n-Fill refills for HP Integrated Cartridges, using HP 60 as an example. The video uses an EZ30-T kit from BCH Technologies to refill an integrated HP cartridge. After the refill, printers won't read the new ink levels. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t see a full tank on your ink levels. Ignore the "low ink" warnings and keep printing. The ink monitor will be turned off after the page count reaches a certain level and won't bother you again. There is no need to reset the cartridge.

I followed his clear instructions and refilled my very old, empty, color ink cartridge. Soaked it in a small amount of very warm water first, filled the ink, covered the holes, used my vacuum hose, and it worked perfectly. Thank you!

Depending on your printer, if your printer is not reading the cartridge or says it's corrupted but you just refilled it you can do this but at your own risk: When refilling the cartridge take off the top paper completely, you'll see a circular indentation to the right of the refill hole. After refilling use a tip of pen cap or something strong and press that circular depression 10 to 15 seconds, but do not puncture it... That resets the cartridge and usually you can use again with great success...
It takes me about 30 cleaning prints to get everything right- but it works! Cool.

Thank you so much! I bought the refills and the ink would NOT come out. After using your vacuum method one is working great. The other I over filled so I'm trying the soaking method to see if the excess will drain. Seems to be working at the moment, cup is pretty black lol.

Great Video how to do it right and all other Important Information. After Refilling, the Printers will no longer read the new ink Levels.. You don't need it either. But if you want to try it. HP Printers can only store ever Cartridges (4 I mean). Reset should go if you put in one after the other. The 5th must be the refilled one, which is then shown as a new one with a suitable stand. Since I was missing the cartridges and I don't care about the display, I couldn't test it.

Several hp inkjets remember the last 3 or more cartridges and keep complaining that the cartridge is empty by its estimation process. Keep 4 or more cartridges around and install 3 or more old ones till you add the "NEW" one. it will see the last couple and think it hasnt seen the "NEW" one before.
I just keep all my empty cartridges just for the purpose of only needing to do one mass refill job that will last me a few months.

This video title suggests that the EZ30-T will work for a 67 cartridge but the website only lists the 60 61 62 63 64 65 as the cartridges it can service. Will the EZ30-T work with a 67xl cartridge? If not, what's the kit for a 67xl?

I used the one mentioned in the video and it worked for me.
I purchased the kit from ebay recently to refill my HP 64 color and black cartridges. While refilling the black cartridge had perfect results, refilling the color cartridge didn't go as well. While the cyan and magenta prints okay, I cannot get the yellow to print at all, regardless of what methods and tricks I tried. I tried them all. If I set the cartridge on a moistened paper towel, the yellow comes out just fine. But it just won't print. At first, the magenta didn't want to print at all, either. It was intermittent. But I'm not surprised. Since the days of Lexmark printers, I've never had luck refilling color cartridges, only the black cartridges. My last three printers would not print yellow after refilling. It only seems to be the yellow. What gives?
It doesn’t sounds like clogging. It’s more like ink pressure imbalance. Use the priming clip to draw more ink out and thus remove extra pressure. Leave the cartridge in the printer for a day, then print 5 to 10 pages. Don’t print full color page, just regular documents with color figures. It usually takes care of the problem.
Can I fill my ink cartridges with sublimation ink? If so, can I suck old ink out with the vacuum method!

Can we refill the cartridges which came with printer.
When I asked to refill centers they told me that cartridges which came with printer will only fill 20% and they asked me to buy new one and next time onwards we can use for refill which will have full capacity.

Each refill puts stress on the cartridge. So less refills = longer life. Regular people can refill 3-5 times (

Very helpful thank you! My cyan ran out today and I immediately refilled all 3 colors but my printer will still not print cyan (magenta and yellow come out perfect on the test page). Is it because I need to vacuum it (I don't have the clip)?
Yes. Leave the cartridge in the printer for 2 hours. If it still doesn't print cyan, vacuum it.

I saw your video on how to refill them, and I thought it was pretty easy so I bought the ink you recommended and when I tried to put it back inside of my Hp Envy Photo 7858 it reads it as counterfeit or used and doesn’t print out any color...I don’t wanna spend so much money every time buying new ink.. what should I do ?
I refilled hp 123 Tri Color cartridge in hp deskjet 2620 but the ink level indicates that it is empty and the printer does not print anything , when i give it a printing job , it blocks it.

@@Lisas_Chatroom after refilling any cartridges , it's recommended to let it sit in the printer for a period of at minimum of 1.5 hours , however this video is completely wrong ! Look up your original cartridge refill procedure ! You don't have to drill holes in any cartridges and sometimes it's better to check with your local Drugstore and get it refilled for less than 3 dollars ! This video needs to be removed ! Never use a vacuum cleaner on a ink cartridge !!! Please ignore this guy

An Amazon customer informed me that bulk ink refill kits do not work on the HP Officejet 6310-All-in-One printer. Does the BCH Technologies refill kits work with my particular HP printer?
The bulk ink works fine if you know how to use it.
WARNING ! I filled up my 61 up cartridge till ink came out of holes like in this video and it was a mess. I was wiping up ink and it would not stop and then I used the syringe and needle and sucked out the excess ink. I have not tried to print yet.Making sure ink stopped leaking.
Don't overfill. Your goal is to get the sponge wet inside, not building a swimming pool.

Hi there! I have a question, maybe a stupid one. Is it technically possible to refill a cartridge, like a hp 305 for instance, directly from the printer, without taking it off? Or its risky because of the pressure with the siringe that might cause a leaking from the print head? Maybe it would be hard only to take off the plastic cover for the siringe.. apart from that I think it would be possible. Thanx!
How do I get the printer to reset the ink level of the refilled cartridge? It still says it's got 1 square left.
Here's how you can try resetting the ink levels on an HP printer:
Remove and reinstall cartridges
Take out both cartridges, turn the printer off and on again 20 seconds later, and repeat at least five times. Then, put the cartridges back in and print a test page.
Reset the printer
For inkjet printers only, remove the cartridges, unplug the printer while it's on, wait a minute, plug it back in, and turn it on. Then, reinstall the cartridges
Let me know please if that worked for you I remember I had the same problem before with lots of different printers as I never bought the real kind of ink like they want you to, but I always figured it out so let me know if that worked or not.

Also, the second option works for me almost always! Where it says for inkjet printers only, try that one there first!

When faced with cartridge errors, one of the simplest yet effective methods is to remove and reinsert the ink cartridge. This process can reset the printer's internal memory and resolve recognition issues. Follow these steps:
Power off the printer and unplug it from the wall outlet.
Open the cartridge access door and carefully remove all ink cartridges.
Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds to perform a hard reset.
Reinstall the ink cartridges, ensuring they are securely and correctly placed.
Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

HELP! I have refilled mine twice within the space of 2 weeks to overflowing. I have cleaned and blotted the excess from the top and bottom of the cartridges, but it's not printing the correct colours and I've even had to re-fill my black after printing 30 pages and it's now not working at all!

I have one of those sitting in a corner because it prints streaks of ink at the bottom of my prints and claims to be low ink when I just filled the damn thing. Expensive junk!

I am not sure what you mean by “seven times.” However, if you bought a remanufactured cartridge, it is definitely been refilled before.

AND HP has applied a chip on the cartridges so they are non-refillable. I've tried refilling them and it didn't work for me. They say you need to reset the chip. .?

This example with the HP 60 Color is not compatible with HP 63. The 63 has Yellow on the left chamber not the top like this example shows.

I refilled my HP 62 Black Cartridge for HP Envy 5660. HP Envy wont allow to reset ink level. HP Envy 5660 is a touch screen printer. Dont know if there anyway to reset ink level.

You don’t reset it. Just keep using it.

About 3-4 ml each color and 7-10 ml black. If you have the squeeze bottle, 3-4 squeezes each color and 7 squeezes for black.
