When there may be multiple supports throughout the model, and the interfaces are at multiple heights in multiple areas. it seems as though some of the subject filament being used as the support interface is making it into the model. I've set it to flush into the supports, but it seems to be purging or flushing some of the interface filament it has not pooped out into the model. I know a lot of people talk about wasted filament due to doo much poop, not sure if this is the issue. Have you seen this happen? Hope you can help.
There is multiples issues on Reddit and forums that if you use PETG and use pla for interface. With even flushing of 800. The piece PETG break by the same layer pla was used. Super weak
Bambulab sells some PVA, the stuff that dissolves in water. They recommend it for PLA and PETG. I wonder if you use PVA as support interface does that also weaken the layer or not?
How do you get the PLA option in that drop-down? The only thing I get is default & PETG (or whatever I'm printing with). I can't pick a different material.
another thing to set is top interface spacing = 0. This will give you much better result.

Nice! Does anything like this work with ASA or ABS?
HIPS is used as support for ABS, but it is dissolved afterward with some chemical.

What plate do you use?
Can you go back the other way and use PETG for PLA? As soon as you tell your printer that, it wont let you use the cool plate anymore
