    Hollyfield won both fights because of his third weapon...His head.
    Other fighters ( including Lennox) accused him of shaving his head and using it as a weapon.
    Head butts are as illegal as low blows. Both can be accidents or purposeful. They should be treated the same. Stop the fight...give the affected fighter a chance to recover. Give him medical treatment. If he's out of it...stop the fight. Go to the score card or call it a no contest

    • @patrickryce1225
      @patrickryce1225 Před 2 lety +4

      Holyfield did not go out his way to headbutt Tyson as you make out. It was a mere collision of styles which resulted in a clash of heads (not a headbutt), even Tyson said it was a clash of heads. If you actually watch those fights (which I presume you haven't), Holyfield was getting the better of Tyson and taking Tyson's best shots. Meanwhile, Tyson couldn't take Evander's best shots and ultimately got finished in the first fight and quit in the second fight.

    • @bigalsnow8199

      Negative. You have clearly ignored the evidence of past headbutting on Hollyfields part. That indicates that YOU are not watching the fights yet you accused me of this thing. Just more proof of bias on your part.
      Before the fights with Tyson there were numerous complaints that Hollyfield had shaved his head and was utilizing it as a deadly weapon. The evidence was clear for anyone who isn't biased. Look at the Hashim Rockman farce.
      Then across 2 fights with Mike we saw constant ugly butts leading to his victory in the first fight and Tysons meltdown in the second fight.
      Tyson gets blamed and Hollyfield gets the credit.
      And you crowns pretend that you saw a fair fight.
      Even if they were accidents we never saw a fair fight between the two because headbutting is illegal.

    • @patrickryce1225
      @patrickryce1225 Před 2 lety +1

      We're clearly not going to agree on Holyfield, I think it was a clash of heads you think he used his head as a 'deadly weapon'. But you say Tyson never got a fair fight against Holyfield, you're talking about a man (Tyson) that openly said he would do anything to win including elbows and low blows and bit Holyfields ear off because he was losing a fight. Talk about hypcritical.

      Mike Tyson was an animal, and in his prime, he was formidable. He should have stopped with Kevin Rooney, who Cus D'Amato assigned, and he would have been a heavyweight champion for years, but when Don King and Robin Givens got involved it was all about money. After the Spinks fight, Tyson fired Rooney along with all other staff that comprised the Team Tyson from the beginning. Mike Tyson was an animal, and in his prime, he was formidable. He should have stopped with Kevin Rooney, who Cus D'Amato assigned, and he would have been a heavyweight champion for years, but when Don King and Robin Givens and her mother got involved it was all about money. After the Spinks fight, Tyson fired Rooney along with all other staff that comprised the Team Tyson from the beginning. The day Tyson fired Kevin Rooney, there was a cap put on Mike Tyson's development as a fighter. He did not develop anymore beyond that day.
