Those were exactly those words in the song when I read the comment
I just realized a few things. in the song, it’s very blue. Literally, the set is blue and she’s sadly saying goodbye.
Then at the end, she walks though a blue door, and a pink door is shown. Then, in Tastes like karma, everything is pink. pink, like love and happiness. Also featured in to music video, she breaks a BLUE vase . Like she’s starting a new beginning.

And on the process you're not really taking care of your own and you feel like you're suffocating because you're breaking down... So when you say you can't share you oxygen with him anymore pretty much you're saying.... I need time to find myself... And it's not selfish to do that we need to take care of mental health so we don't do stuff that we regret
