For GTX 1660 Super, the best settings for great visuals and frame rate are:
Overall quality = High
FSR3 frame generation ON
Make sure to turn dynamic resolution scaling OFF or it's not going to run smoothly at all...
Been trying to use fsr3 + frame generation with my 1660ti, but the game crashes when I activate them. If I disable fsr3 and use only frame generation, the game crashes after a few minutes of gameplay.
High texture quality hits over 6348mb vram on my RX 5500 XT so I recommend you to use Medium. V.High hits over 7250mb.

nice! went from average 40 to buttery smooth 130-144. It set everything to max settings by default for some reason and I didn't wanna go through figuring out which ones mattered

Playing on a 5600,rx 6600xt fsr&upscaling(on) my gpu temp rises to 80 where eventually the game crash,on the same spec(youtube),I didnt notice any gpu temp rise,what could be the main prob here?also my game is dl from freesite
game is super well optimized, nixxes did it again, i have rx 6800 non xt , and running this game on maxed settings with fsr 3.0 on dynamic, game runs even above 1440p upscaling closer from 2000p i think and still hit very stable 60fps, what a joy to have well optimized game these days. and its not super heavy on my old r5 3600 cpu too like it was on horizon forbiden west :) 16gb vram also great stuff, in few zones ive seen above 13gb vram usage so i feel so safe

@@sebthegoat853 use vsync, either from andrenaline or nvidia panel or native game vsync it removes tearing, also make sure you set your native monitor refresh rate on dynamic upscaling, if its 60hz set it to max 60, it also helps a lot, i have no tearing cause of these

Hey buddy I have a RTX 3060 12gb Ryzen 5 5600 im running on high preset except texture, shadow and water reflection on very high. I am on fps cap 60 DLSS on and my gpu usage is 70% but my GPU temperature is super hot on 75 to 80 degrees its clearly underperforming can you tell me why?? I also use HDR

When using dlss + FSR Frame generation the game crashes. Therefore I can not use with dlss but with amd fsr.

You can still use frame gen with any upscaler, but I don't recommend the game doesn't seem to load when a cutscene or loading screens starts.
I’m pretty sure I have the same pc specs as you but my cpu is heating to around 81 and will eventually crash. Any advice on how to fix the cpu temp for this game? I’m about 39 hours in and only crashed twice.

Weird though because it gives me the option and when I select it I get consistent 90 fps with everything on very high.

Fsr frame generation DOES NOT NEED fsr upscale method
It is the first game that lets u upscale via dlss and also use fsr3 Frame generation
Much better without upscale, way more sharp, detailed and runs 115-120 fps BUT it feels delayed, dont like it

Anyone have a fix for the slow camera movement on controller? Or like atleast turning of the camera rotation acceleration so its at a set speed
there's no setting for it currently but I remember this being a setting you could turn off in wo long: fallen dynasty, something like camera delay or offset right? Where you turn the camera but it's not instant and it feels slow.

FSR is open source which means it will work with AMD, Nvidia and Intel GPU's.

Even though I have a 16:9 monitor I play at 4k but with 21:9 even with the black bars it suits this game/fov and about 10fps more performance.

Uncheck the box... in the launcher options.
With dlss and frame generation I get 170-185 fps with shadows on high and everything else on maxed out. I got a 3080 and 10500

i cant seem to run the game with frame gen even with my high specs im getting stutters (7800x3d & 7900xtx) without the stutters i do get 100+ fps but i get those stutters every 20 seconds

Is it possible to turn Fsr3 FG on and then lock the fps to 60? Cause whenever i do it in other games (such as robocop) the game feels like 40-50 frames
use rivatuner it will lock it to 60fps i use it

Fsr 3 frame generation causes the game not to launch for me. But I’m on an older system. I7-6700, 1070 and 16gb ram. Plus installed on HDD. But so far on high settings I’m getting 45-60 fps. Only played opening scene so far tho
In this day and age you really need to get an SSD

@@noot8076 I have one but only 120gb and most of that is taken up by windows software and other launchers/programs etc. I have been wanting to get a new 1tb one at least. Just in a tough spot financially for a few more months
@@PonsterMenis98 i experience that scaling thing in cutscenes when fsr3 upscaling is on but its not an issue...the main issue is frame generation....it crashes the game during cutscenes and while opening the menu....i hope they fix it because the fps boost from frame generation is really helpful

I had all settings set to Ultra and was having trouble consistently maintaining 60-70fps.
With your configuration now the game works above 165fps for me! (1440p with DLSS Quality and FG, but without any of that the game still runs at 100fps) It's incredible how a good configuration greatly increases game performance

@@user-gb4xi4nf1i that's...not related to nvidia lmao fsr 3 works on everything. it's a bug with the game right now which they'll hopefully fix soon.
fsr 3 is usually the best option for any gpu since dlss only works on premium nvidia cards.

It's insane that you can use both DLSS and AMD Framegeneration in this game. Been playing Cyberpunk: Phantom Liberty with frame gen. mod that way, and I prefer to play like that on my 1440p 240hz monitor 🤌
