- We have been working with a cat charity to help respond to a situation where two street cats are coming into our garden and attacking our cats two of which were also street cats that we adopted. One attack resulted in a life threatening injury for our adopted cat, Alegria. Filmed in portrait mode for mobile phone viewing as it is a short movie. We hope that at least, with this macho cat castrated, all the cats - street and domestic - that live in this neighbourhood will be safer. In the meantime, we continue to search for a safe home where Alegria that is without cats, which due to her trauma as a street cat, she doesn't trust at all and refuses to get along with.
An enormous thank you to all our Patreons for supporting our project!

Thank you for helping the cats.
Miss you and Ollie, good job on catching the feline.
Well done Camilla! I hope Allegria finds a safe home.
Missing you and Oliver
So very well done, a very difficult task. 🐾💝
Well done Camilla! I was thinking thank goodness you have all that core strength before you tried lifting him down off the roof. Hope he has a calmer life and that your cats do too.
I agree! Thanks so much for the comment. Xx
Well done Camilla. You ' re,very brave. 🤗
Camilla you are so good to all the animals, even the mean street cats. And brave, well done.
Whoa, what a mother does to protect her own. Good job Camilla!
Hats off to you for your bravery and generosity in trying to protect your own cats. Hopefully, this will be beneficial all round, reducing dangerous fights both in your garden and on the neighbouring streets.
Well done Camilla, the world needs more people like you xx
Oh wow, this is all so heartbreaking. You are so brave, strong and compassionate. Thank you 😽
I am so glad to see you back❤
It's nice to see how commited camilla is😊
Thank you so much for doing this. I rescued and neutered (at my expense) 12 cats in Puerto de Santa Maria. Trying to ge help fro the vets there was to NO avail.
Well done you & thank you for caring ❤️
We are very lucky - this vet did the operation for the charity I am working with. Such a blessing and it is otherwise very expensive!
Bless you for saving the street cat and getting him fixed 😻😻😻😻😻
Oh well done… Bless your heart… I hope this works out…….✨💖🙏💖✨
Camilla what a kindness to the feline family
As you say a new experience
Ever fond a fellow cat lover

Holding thumbs. You guys are stars. Xxx
I can’t begin to tell you how relieved I am to see this video. I’ve actually been very worried about you all. Other you tubers have shown things that would look wonderful in your house. I hope you’re watching. Camilla you are a strong woman, and I’m not at all surprised to see you tackling the feral cat population to protect your own! Take care.
Well done Camilla, thank you for caring, we have a situation at the moment with new tomcats moving in next door & terrorising our 3 female cats so you’ve promoted us to knock on & ask if they’re snipped ❤
Well done, wish more people would be so caring xx
I missed you guys so I looked you up. I'm very happy I did. BRAVO Camilla, as somebody else said, 'the world needs more people like you!'. I live in Greece which also needs more people to help with neutering the strays.
I was in Ribes Two weeks ago because I was there for a wedding nearby. So I had a lunch in the Square overlooking your house. Such a nice quiet town turned out. My dog sitter. Also has watched your dog. His name is Mark.
Camilla, you are a strong, wonderful woman - I find you an inspiration. ❤
where are you guys we miss you hope everything is alright lots of love oxox
Fantastic job Camilla 🥰
Apart from all your impressive skills, it warms my heart to see you are an animal lover and protector as well. I hope the ginger cat will be less aggressive and poor Allegria either finds a suitable home or your other cats gradually accept her. Tricky with cats as they are so territorial.
👋👍❤️
Hi guys we miss you on utube well done with the cats
So nice to see a vlog from you again!!
Hopefully it will all work out now. Poor Allegria! I hope she will now be safe and happy.
Love your videos; wish there were more!
Well done Camilla!👍
Miss your videos!
Great job!!. Miss your videos
We have a Tom cat that has had several feral babies. Our neighbor trapped the mommy cat in a similar manner and had her fixed.
Where did you go? ... hope you are all well (in spite of cat-astrophy) and you're back soon and visible in the Chateauverse
Hi both I just wondered if you are going to be doing your vlogs anymore, I must admit I do miss them but understand the time and commitment it takes too. I hope you are both well , just miss seeing you both and your beautiful home. Take care luv Denise xx
It's such a difficult problem to solve, good luck. Cat lovers are such special people. (PS on an entirely different topic we were in Spain recently looking for fabric inspired by some of your earlier vlogs and discovered the Guell Lamadrid brand which we fell in love with. Many thanks for the inspiration. Maria e Rowan)
I sure do miss your vlogs!!❤
I've done the same thing a dozen times 🥰 Some end up being part of the household some just live outside with heated apartments for years and years . We live in a rural area and we feed them but we haven't had mice in 15 years ❣️❣️❣️
Ha ha! Brilliant. I enter a whole new world and discover I’m not alone. Thanks
😎🐈
Missed you all, very good of you to do this!
Well done! I hope this helps your cat and that she can go outside again!
Oh dear Camilla that has been a very stressful situation for you. Yes unfortunately street cats are difficult to domesticate and socialise. Hopefully the situation can get better for the sake of your own family pets. Gingers are either big bullies or when neutered big sooks who love to eat. ❤
Good job Camilla...what you are doing is kind and wonderful!
Bravo dearest Camilla.
Even though the tom cat is now fixed, it will take a few months for his testosterone to leave his body and he will still be aggressive and territorial when you put him back outside. . So know that his behavior is not going to be any different for a few months. After several months, he will start to feel the effects of his neutering and will calm down. Have to say, you climbing down the ladder with that big heavy cage was quite an achievement.
Well done Camilla. Those traps are heavy empty add a frightened cat and then negotiating step ladder....wow wonder woman
Its such a sense of relief once you rescue an animal and start it on its new journey. I hope you manage to get the black and white one too. Fingers crossed once their hormones have stopped raging they will stop attacking your girl.
Ive just rescued 2 little female kittens around 9 months old from a gang of 10 tom cats... they were petrified chased incessantly. The owner of the kittens sais she was sold them as being "done" clearly they were not said she coukd afford it etc... She signed them over to me on Monday I have the black and white my builder has the tabby. Both were spayed on Thursday morning and now recovering. Its cost a lot but i just could not leave them to be ...well raped constantly by the Tom cats. I'd never seen so many toms it was frightening..terrifying for the little ones. So now I have 4 cats !!! 🤦♀️
Hope all goes well 😻😻😻😻
You’re doing a wonderful thing with your cat gathering gloves!!
Thank you! 😊 I agree- they are simply wonderful!
Hi, we haven't seen you in a while. Are you all OK?
You are back!
I'm so glad you're back. I've missed your videos. Maybe get the cat chipped so that the info is always there?
There is a pheromone spray for cats that has a calming effect, and removes their aggression.....and is harmless. I am sorry I do not know the name, but it is sold at most pet stores.
Yay xx
🍎Ollie and Camilla,
Fabulous, sunny day in our part of the world! Wish you the same!
About ADHD:
I know a lot of people that have that condition, even family members and studying them, I notice that they are the group of people that shouldn't have any alcohol whatsoever because as you know the content in alcohol is fermented fruits, which will cause the wine and other beverages to be potent and very strong and so will cloud the brain and send off all kinds of confusion signals in the brain because it goes through the blood that feeds the brain and it relaxes and slows down the part of the brain that makes you function normally, if it wasn't always being relaxed by fermented beverages which people consume everyday. So the brain is always relaxed and not stimulated to be happy and function in a normal way if you can't say I don't drink. The brain has to be fed with nutritious foods like lots of fruits and vegetables, cut way back on sugar and do have dark chocolate as it sends a signal to the brain that it tastes good and so you feel good as opposed to alcohol that will slow down the brain. Also lots of different berries like the birds that fly thousands of miles and remember year after year, because it's natural sugar in the berries. So if you want to come off of medication that will only cause more medication, then you have to be smart and try a diet that's alcohol free and compare the difference. We are so happy, it's the greatest feeling and it's all because we can say we don't drink and have a diet like the birds and eat a lot of vegetables like the dinosaurs!
Cheers to your new diet to be ADHD free, the same way people can become cancer free if they change their diet. Changing your diet can be the answer to your prayers! I must tell you, some people can drink, but some people can't, even if they're a man because of the way their brain functions. That's the bottom line.
Adios! Ciao! Au Revoir!🌴
