- In Transformers, the Autobot Wheeljack is known as a master inventor and valiant warrior against the evil Decepticons. Even if he did make the Dinobots’ brains way too small. This is a G1 “reissue,” a replica counterfeit of the original toy from 1984 in the package. Captain Kyle reviews it to see if it would fit well in your collection.
Wheeljack had a prominent role among the Autobots in the Generation One Transformers cartoon. He built the Dinobots, created many inventions (some of which worked!), and was key in helping foil some of the dastardliest of Megatron’s plans. His G1 toy, which was originally a Diaclone product, still has a cockpit for a driver and, like most toys of that series, is not the most articulated. But it’s still a great toy to have for Transformers collectors. Captain Kyle examines this counterfeit in detail to see if it could hold a place of honor in your collection.

A lot of these G1 reissues are great! Good quality for the price if you ask me. Wish they made "reissues" for a lot of the European G1.5/G2 line.
I would love those reissues. Especially since I sold my originals.

I Kno it's kinda niche but I wish they'd make "reissues" of some of the rarer cars too like the gold chrome Jazz or the silver chrome Silverstreak. I mean we've gotten 6 versions of Prime, 4(that I Kno of) Mirage, 5 Bumblebee and like 20 Brawn
Those would be nice. I had most of those back in the day. I did like the red and clear Mirage versions they "reissued." But I think gold and silver chrome is likely beyond what they want to do. What I would really like to see is Guard City and Battle Gaea get reissued. And some of the Japanese exclusives like Liokaiser, Landcross, and Metalhawk.
This Wheeljack reissue is really accurate, I might pick one up for myself. Have a lot of good memories of the original.
WheelJack and Thundercracker were my first Transformers.
The vintage spoilers also fall off and he leans forward on his legs too. Seems pretty accurate!

They brought them back during the pandemic at Walmart as earth wise action figures a bit longer to transform
Earthrise Wheeljack is cool. Much different than the G1 version.
One of my favourites just for the car mode. Tfwiki says they made a European gold box "classic heroes" reissue with only Hasbro stamped instead of Takara on it back in 1990 but that was the last use of it by Hasbro or Takara at least. They seem to think your right about the mold missing or damaged.
I'm see lots of transformers stuff I'm wondering what do you think of the gobots action figures line I have got some of action figures replaced from ebay I know lots of them seem broken on ebay and sold for spare parts but gobots I think are just as transformers
Well, they were a competitor, but now Hasbro owns them. I have a few. Some of them aren't bad. The storyline wasn't as good. But I liked the scaling they maintained. LOL
Nice KO Wheeljack. Quality seems okay. I also ordered a KO Devastator gift set and a Reflector KO from China a few years ago. The quality was okay also. I'm also thinking about ordering the KO Shockwave too.
If you get the KO Shockwave, the tip on his gun hand is usually missing. See my review. But I am working on having tips made to fix that.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you were able to return it. Any pristine G1 style packaged Transformer that has a copyright date of 1984 is likely a Chinese produced counterfeit.
Walmart ont Canada already has precepter and kick back from the cartoon versions for sale i bought them opened them and checked them out there 47$ Canadain dollars each
The cockpit loosely flops on Wheeljack's tummy. Wonder if this is common on other Wheeljacks too?
My uncle gave me his original Wheeljack a long time ago, and yes, that piece is really wobbly.

The knockoffs are hit and miss. Grapple is a very good KO. Devastator.... ummm not so much. Prowl was terrible. Inferno, not too bad! That is the last of the KOs I will buy. I just wish they officially reissued Sunstreaker, etc.

tienes una cosa llamada tfwiki donde puedes meter un personaje y si escribes "reissue" ver cuales ha lanzado hasbro y takara de nuevo recientemente. en la seccion toys
Desafortunadamente, algunos de los juguetes originales nunca fueron reeditados por Hasbro o Takara.
