The Pokemon anime and Pokemon games are just advertisements for all the toys, clothes, cookware, cafes, trains, candy, skateboards, guitars, soap, towels, jewelry, and y'know I'm just gonna let this video speak for itself. I own enough merch that I'm not sure what counts as strange anymore. I consider the Pokemon Center NY Flaaffy sign to be my strangest one, because I'm just, like, how did anyone get this sign to sell it to begin with? Why is it as big as a bed? The second strangest would be a Psyduck bath mat and Pokemon bath set. My bathroom is Pokemon themed and I love it. When I wash Psyduck, I put the Pokeball bath mat out and vice versa. It's awesome.
The Pokemon Company really needs to tap into the home appliance market with Rotom washing machines, dryers, etc.
I would unironically use a rotom fridge.
Also I actually have that Pokeball popcorn maker

I love how Lockstin slowly gets more unhinged as the video goes on. Also pretty sure if you live off only the official pokemon food you'll die from diabetes or malnutrition but I'd watch the hell out of someone trying to survive 7 day pokemon food only challenge.

There are actual pokemon restaurants with healthy and normal Pokemon theme food.

You forgot the Pokemon Cookbook, anything you eat made using those recipes would count as living of Pokemon merchandise (there are recipes for things as simple as rice to things like pizza).

My takeaway from this is that official Pokémon merch hasn't gone far enough.
I agree, especially in terms of food-related packaging. Iâm surprised they havenât done any PokĂ©mon-themed egg cartons yet or PokĂ©mon-themed hot sauces (Fire-type or Tamato berry on the cover?) Also Iâm pretty sure theyâve had some celery bags or clementine bags in the past. Building off what Lockstin said, if thereâs a kind of product, PokĂ©mon should be able to put its name on it.

There is more than one. I own the one targeted to kids, so everything uses store bought stuff and is made in microwaves, making it most useful for ideas than actual recipes. Fortunately, I do know how to cook. I first found out about candied beans from this cook book. Why does the USA not have candied beans?! We add sugar to everything else.

When it comes to the Halloween merch I'll quote Alice Cooper. "Keep Halloween Alive, 365."
I have the PokĂ©mon colors book for my two year old and we both love it. The art style is vivid and eye catching, and he loves lifting the flaps. Really good kids books have a certain way of drawing the eye and I canât recommend this enough for any poke fan parent. They could have just made a really simple, shameless pikachu cash-in throw away but they made a quality childrenâs book
I own enough merch to know the answer is yes, but you probably wouldn't thrive, unless recipes count as merch, since curry would contain all the vitamins and minerals. There's a reason the military used curry to prevent beriberi. Anyway, I never knew all of those lil appliances existed! I want them!
Pokemon has an official cooking book with a pretty wide variety of recipes in it so I'd say any of those would count.
The food served in pokemon cafes is all Pokemon themed. You can just healthy food from there.
How to Survive on Pokemon Merch:
Step 1: Live in Japan
There has to be a Pokémon cookbook and if you make food from that I think it qualifies for the food category.
The only âusefulâ PokĂ©mon merch I have besides some plushes is the popcorn maker. I use air quotes because it really doesnât work that well. If only I had a Rotom to possess itâŠ.
I have the popcorn maker myself and it works pretty well for me.
Use the Death Star popcorn maker instead. There are absolutely no fatal flaws built in

At the start of the video I suspected that food would be an issue, however if they improved the quality of the products and you considered Food/Drink as separate as well as actual running water/plumbing & electricity/Entertainment Systems then seems possible.
I wish raycon had the flat ones back from the, or earbuds shaped like hearing aids as much as I'd hate it. My ear holes are just too small, never been able to use newer ear buds because of that, even for their smallest size they won't fit, which sucks because everyone says how great they are, and they are amazing, but my left ear in particula they'll fall out of easily, it's also why I had ear infections a lot as a child, I love water, swimming, THE OCEAN IS AMAZING!... but every time I go in water gets stuck in my ear.
