Far and away, the best part of the whole series, with the best character in the whole series, second only to Daniel getting what was coming to him. It's how he looks so genuinely perplexed as to why they don't think it's a good idea. Michael Ironside is a tremendous actor.

Do not forget that he is also a super expert in sneak and subterfuge, a dream duel between Freddy and Sam Fisher should be an amazing and brutal show.
Maybe all this is why he went mad and became Freddy. That would be an awesome backstory, after that woman died, he fled to Elm Street, changed his name to Fred Kruger and then slowly went mad.

@@seferinoThis came out the same year as Nightmare. Pretty much during the late Spring (May 6-8th 1984). Nightmare came out that Fall (November 9th 1984).
Just look at how menacing Ham Tyler's face looked when he said hi. Willie was fortunate Mike and Julie were there to keep Tyler in check. Tyler would have been happy to use the red dust later without the antidote. Donovan rightly saw that as a betrayal of Martin and the rest of the 5th column and stopped him. Willie was the least offensive of all the visitors and killing him would have been a war crime.

Poor Freddy. Everyone wanted to experiment on him. I loved that Koolaide smile Ham Tyler had, I lost it 1st time I watched this series. 😅
I now have a desire to go back and watch V.

So am I, or Ham using it on Martin who was Donovan’s friend and instrumental in the lizards defeat.
Willie was the unsung hero of the miniseries. If it weren’t for his heroic efforts, Robin and Elizabeth would’ve died. When Robin was hemorrhaging, he knew a way to save her rather than have her drugged to death. Robert was hesitant about it at first, but when he saw Willie save Robin, he realized that not all Visitors are bad.

Ironicly Ham became somewhat protective of Willy after a point and the seen were he drags Willy out of his depression when he was down shows that
He was the only lizard he cared about, when Willie got hit by a laser pistol in the following episode, Ham was pretty upset.

Good Scene. But it's also great character development for both Robert and Ham later on. Think about it. When they Capture Willie, Robert wanted to rip him open, to later not only trusting Willie, but protecting him. And the same for Ham, where in this scene he want to use the dust on Willie, and to the Series, where is both cares for Willie, but encourage Him to toughen Him up and to be strong when Elias was killed.

Robert England and Michael Ironside Were the only actors from V that went to go do other things of significance. We all know what Robert England would go on to be but Michael ironside would be in Notable films like top gun total recall and free Willy And even appeared in the first season of ER
When this show first aired everyone on our street was talking about iti even the adults. I wish they would make another show like this. I imagine Game of Thrones was like that but I never got into it.
Be glad Julie and Mike were there. Ham would've gladly used the stuff on Willie. Remember, to Tyler, the only good Lizard was a dead one.

@@sitdowndogbreath All I remember from the show was that it was a pill of some kind. The first episode of the weekly series had fifth columnists living on Earth needing to take the pills every 12 hours.

@@mattwiser8406 that was why Diana killed Martin for his last pill in the opening episode of V The Series, his death pissed off a lot V fans, they demanded Frank Ashmore's return as Philip but it was too late to save the show, as it had jumped shark.
