  • How to cook a quick and traditional Christmas meal that looks like Grandma's in just a few hours for Christmas? This recipe is a simplified adaptation of the classic German roast goose (Weihnachtsgans) recipe and only takes 2.5 hours. We've switched out the cabbage (Rotkohl) for broccoli & red capsicum, and the potato balls (Kartoffelklöße) for mashed potatoes, so you won't have to spend extra hours on the sides. You can also use goose instead of duck for an even tastier option!

    Duck/Goose 1.5-2 kg (Goose is even better, recommend 2kg+ for 4 ppl)
    Veal/Chicken broth 400ml
    (Filling)
    Apple 2pcs
    Onion 2pcs
    Marjoram 1.5 tbsp (Substitute: Oregano)
    Salt
    Pepper
