Thai Airways Staff are so conscientious that when I was making a last-minute booking for my friend because he needed to attend a funeral overseas, the booking agent was so thoughtful that she politely and compassionately asked my permission if she could add a note on the passenger manifest so that the flight attendants would know the situation. I was über-impressed!! Brilliant airline of a brilliant and proud nation, Thailand. ขอบคุณครับ!
