I am already eyeing my 2nd real estate investment but have no deals currently SO I sent my fix and flip loan guru some properties to look at for me and he sent me back a killer property that we are going to analyze as a buy and hold investment using hard money loan to buy the property then refinance into a DSCR loan after 90 days pulling cash out to pay myself back and getting a new investment property for my portfolio!
