Personally I find the construction of a monument, to be a monument to the original monument, about the same as youtube channels that react to youtube. No one quite understands it but it keeps occurring all over; and it's at least not hurting anyone so no one really questions it that much.
You should watch his basketball injury video and his stories about it afterward. The injury is sickening but he has some really funny stories about the hospital and having to tell his wife what happened.

Most of these jokes are a lot funnier with the proper setup and context. Tom Segura is excellent at setting up his jokes and it adds a lot to the final delivery. Small clips like these really doesn't work as well. I recommend "BIKES" as a good stand up bit to really sample his style.
