Tried this easter egg and got a completely different ending. It was something about Ralsei being Kris’ son and a massive plot twist occurs.
Then Jevil comes and literally kidnaps Ralsei. It was pretty epic.

@@smiith5 the Switch adaptation can't be modified like the PC one, this is most likely full-on PC, or some ported mod to the Switch, however keep in mind the switch has only released this for less than a month.
Like the last "secret" side-mission with susie, a mod is used to change the dialogue and some sprite models depending on the mod. The scene that had its dialogue changed made the change of getting the egg from Gaster, into "Fertilizing" Susie's egg. (If she even did that but it was probably an HJ, as there's a dialogue that said something about a stain on a tree, potentially indicating that there was no "Planting" action.)

Edit: I double checked the thing after replaying to show it to my friend, and it was actually a SansUndertaleFruit, not a Rainbow fruit. When Jevil touched it, a textbox said "Rainbow fruit turned into SansUndertaleFruit!", but when I tried it for the first time, I accidentally skipped it.

Also there is a new switch exclusive in deltarune chapter 2! If you have this item still and defeat Spamton neo (normal route) and Jevil, you can place it between whatever item you get from jevil and whatever item you get from spamton (depending on the route you did). If you do this, at the end of the game before you seal the fountain Jevil and Spamton will both have a very romantic 5 hour long gay kissing scene. But for this to work, you have to beat Queen hitless. You also have to first beat Undertale pacifist with a wii steering wheel.
