Do these bulbs have a high and low function or did you lose that?
The projector itself is the hi/low function. The bulb just provides the light.
How many millimeters is the size of the dust cover?
Is 90mm Dia X 28mm depth.

I think they’re non replaceable, it’s part of the housing

As long as you don’t alter, drill or cut any components, it shouldn’t void the warranty.
