  • Hey everyone, for this week's Tips and Tricks video, we are doing a fun drill from our Combative Aikido Program known as Chain Lock Flow. This is a fun drill that features three core aikido joint locks. These locks consist of Ikkyo, Nikyo, and Sankyo. Enjoy and let us know what you think of this little flow drill.

    Great video, would you recomend aikikai style or yoshinkan for effectiveness and training

      I wouldn't be able to recommend a style per say. I would check out each dojo and see more how the instructor teaches the art.
