In this video we install the engine in the Suzuki GS250 frame.
The best way to protect the frame is wrapping it in bike inner tube as its so easy to scuff, nick or scratch the fresh paint! Nobody wants that on their fresh build.

How much did all that faffin and additional gear cost? In the end is that a bike you will actually ride in normal conditions? Probably a sterile approach. Plus, you have no grease or oil on your badly drawn boy body. Ah well, each to their own. My GS is getting thrashed up and down the A roads like it should be.
