- Round 3 on a custom Suzuki GN250 Scrambler
The Suzuki GN250 Scrambler was our first ever customer builds to roll out of the PBM garage. Since then we’ve built another one, levelling up on the first, and improving on a few lessons learnt.
This time around on V3 we we’re given the base bike and told to go again, but better. The Idea on this project was to firstly Improve on our previous build, but most of all keep this project painfully simple, with the direction to throw in a little cultural pride for the owners PNG heritage.
Jump into the build video, and stick around until the end to check out how it handles on mountain roads.
Make sure you hit subscribe, and chuck any questions or thoughts on the build in the comments below.

Rad build! what spec fork oil did you change to?
Defo the best one yet, that 18" rear really makes it.👍
Yeah such a great upgrade, gives it a dune buggy vibe
Good job guys. It’s the motorbike on which I learnt how to ride. Nice souvenir and your upgrades looks terrific
Oh looking forward to this! We have a GN125 and a GN250!
Brandos stepping it up!!
Looking amazing fellas. Very cool
Thanks mate! Hyped on this little beast
That ride you took it on looks like so much fun
One of the best roads to test a scrambler on!
what a bundle of mischief that’d be guys stunning job cheers
Nailed that!
Best GN I’ve seen. Nice.
The pint sized champ! 🏆
Man that looks mint!
Cheers mate!
Awesome note from it
Rad bike. These are fun bikes done up as scramblers
Awesome guys
Very nice bike
I just love the bike, I have one too and ain't gonna sell it ❤
Sick!!!
I just bought a Suzuki 250 x 2009 with 63 mi. On the odometer? I wish to God that you and your crew were here in Sacramento California, USA to do a close conversion on this bike. Godbless you all and all that you do. True Craftsman in the sense , look forward to following your builds and have subscribed to your channel! Thanks again 👍✝️🛐
Am I dreaming😃!!!! Awesome job
Thanks mate, check out our previous GN250 projects too
@@PurposeBuiltMoto Sure I will!! Clean built 👍
Parabéns. Você está usando o chicote elétrico original ou teve que fazer alguma mudança para adaptar esse painel
Awesome bikes. Can you remember what jets you used in the flat slide carb?
Wow
Very nicely done - clean, precise and just the right amount of work, using quality parts. So my big question is, can you tell me how much it costs?
Hey Matt,
Pricing depends on a few things, shoot me an email via the website and we can talk price on your project
Nice job! What's better about carb change? Does it really improve the performance?
It hugely improves the performance
you mentioned about the steel kit for the front fender, but I couldn't find it on your list or store
Here's a link for you mate:

Per quanto riguarda la carburazione, visto lo scarico modificato, e il filtro aperto, quali modifiche avete apportato ai getti del carburatore?
Stock speed on these is like according to online 70-75 mph, would you say the upgrades and loss of weight on certain areas allows this more speed or what? Thanks and love this!!
Although I’ve never ever ridden a GN250 that topped out at that speed. The performance work transforms the power curve pretty significantly, I’d say if you geared them up for those speeds the bike would have the power to get up there a lot faster
good looking but one big minus are low power
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Where is the battery again? Underneath the swing-arm??
How can i adjust the height of the bike like this with rear shocks only?
Looks sick! What road is the riding on?
Just a back road on the Gold Coast somewhere
Bike looks great.
Could you let us know what size Mikuni flat slide carburettor you've fitted and jet sizes if possible.
Thanks.
I can’t remember mate sorry.
Working on 15+ bikes at any one time right now.
There’s a lot available from Mikuni Oz
did you ever find out what this was? I'm still trying to find a replacement carb and this video is the closest I can find outside of cheap aliexpress...
@@PurposeBuiltMoto Can't remember? lets hope you don't have to do it again then lol!
Can you remove CDI with the black box?
brother, if its okay to ask, for example on that custom motorcycle, how much you recon is that bike out of your shop? just an idea. thanks
If you want to discuss a build, send me an email
Why no fork boots?
No veo la batería, cada vez que me falla la batería tengo que arrancar empujando, no se cómo arranca
Si es un aro 16 como le monta un 18 ?b
Hi, Where is the battery?
I have a poor understanding of spoken English. how did you increase the size of the wheels, are they swap from a different bike?
is the new digital gauge giving accurate speed and fuel amount? I would like to use this on my cafe racer build
Check out the product details on our website. We’ve also got a blog with some info on it.
@@PurposeBuiltMoto will do thank you!
🤔👍🇧🇷

Wow So Handsome...!!!😍😍😍💥💥💥🤟🤟🤟🌹🌹🌹🙏🙏🙏
Аккумулятор где спрятали ? )))
PUT THE RUBBER BOOTS ON FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER ITS MISSING
QUIT TELLING ME WHAT TO DO, YOU'RE NOT MY REAL DAD
Fuck... I need one 😐
Very nice, however these Suzukis start to be collector bikes here, any real cheap shitty bike alternative proposals?
Depends where you look! There are definitely still some bargains around
How wide are the handelbars?
