Vintage MTD lawn tractor revival. Will it run?

I bought this old MTD lawn tractor from a coworker. I believe it's from the 60s or 70s. you don't see many of these MTD tractors around from that era. let's see if we can bring it back to life.

Yeah. I only wish I would have finished filming it. (I.e. putting hood on, etc) But oh well.
