I hear that people complaining about this most often advocate communism, which threatens to make everyone slaves.
They also don't tend to read what the founding members said about not being able to stop slavery, but did everything they could to ensure it would be stopped soon at a time when EVERY country (including the native Americans) practiced slavery.

And that is what we lacked in Africa instead of fighting the colonialist together as a continent we opted to fight individually and upto to now we are still loosing the battle. Secondly the colonialist learnt there lesson from Washington a charismatic leader that is why they will do what it takes to assasinate any African leader whom they deem is likely to become like Washington.
Thirdly Americans have joined the people they fought in the name of liberty and freedom to continue making africans life miserable with their so called geo politics.
