  • The Australian Reptile Park are thrilled to announce that this week, they have spotted tiny flutters coming from the pouch of Ash the koala, making this little bundle of joy the 100th koala joey to be born at the Park! This new arrival also happens to be the first koala joey to be born in this year’s breeding season, marking the next generation of koalas to contribute to the survival of this beautiful iconic Australian species.

Congratulations to ARP for this great milestone! I swear, it just feels like yesterday that we were meeting Ash for the first time, clinging to Mummy Rosie's back! Now she is having a baby of her own! I miss that blaze that used to be over Ash's left eye. It was so cute. I wonder if Elsa will be giving Olaf a brother or a sister? I remember when she was just a wee one, too. I hope her mum, Irene, is doing well. Can't wait till I can come to Australia and come to ARP!1💖💖💖💖💖💖🐨
