He still uses his old techniques. But footballs made these days arent suitable for fast knuckleball technique... He should hit them slower.. But ronaldo has a lethal swinging style.. He can score for if goes for Traditional swingers.

because that technique requires complex touch on the ball, and hes just not able to get that really quick touch anymore, and if he was able to hit the ball like that, it requires daily pratice anyway.
