Tony I send ur videos to my granddaughter. She’s tall for a freshman. She will pick up on ur instructions and improve. Her coach sees great promise. I will video her as she goes over the hurdles. I just encourage her. We all ( family)go to her meets. She is an overachiever in school . Straight A’s in AP classes . I let the coach do the coaching but ur videos and the way u approach the sport will have a positive influence. Thanks for all u do to make track and field one of the best part of a kids day.

She is also on the weightlifting team. I have never been around such a great bunch of kids who constantly inspire each other. Really a serious competitive sport in her school. Fortunately they have coaches who are dedicated to their success. ( no weightlifting in track season).

hey coach, how should lifting be best implemented throughout the season? continue lifting heavy or keep it for off season?

If in season, MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH SPEED WORK OR TRACK MEETS.
