I must acknowlege his struggle as a child, a bullying he went through and a rubbish people who made fun of him due to hus behavior he exhibit as a female child which is normal when u r born into a female dominated house, but to start questioning ur ownself and then want run away from a reality the nature choose for u is a biggest mistake my brother. U choose to be women because of the pain u went through and then that pain made u to make a wrong decision . I wish n pray u get the guidance ameen. Dr. Mehrub has really evolved. And I believe she will evolve even more in the coming years. Ghaltian tou mard aur aurat dono se hojati hain. Mehrub has lived confused for so many years tou Kuch time tou lagta hai settle honay mein. I loved how respectfully Dr Mehrub spoke about Maria B.

Having lived abroad for 21 years and seeing all kinds of cases, the only solution to the LGBTQ is empathize with them and encourage therapy. Despite going through all the procedures, most of them still don’t feel a sense of fulfilment. If anything, the suicide rates are higher AFTER the surgeries.
The only solution for you to come out of your bubble of sheer ignorance is to study ancient history, paleoanthropology, evolutionary biology, political economy and comparative religious history. Oh sorry, guess that's a big ask. You guys and the stupid echo chambers of your archaic beliefs are what's holding humanity back from creating an intelligent civilisation.
