You should not use cling wrap in microwave. It isn't completely microwave safe and it shouldn't touch food particles.
Good job Sanjana and team. You guys make it entertaining. Few suggestions - Try to do some non-indian recipes too in your unique way and from time to time bring in your X factor "KS" for some extra views.

Should we cling wrap ?? Is it mandatory??
Can u mention the temperature levels ?
It isn’t mandatory, however the purpose of the cling wrap is to trap moisture and steam the rice gently. If you use heat proof cling wrap it’s completely safe! You can however replace it with a tight lid, but remember, it shouldn’t be metal 🙃
