what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

It’s unbelievable. I have been ‘using’ ASMR Video’s since 2012 and found this video in my recommendations recently, but rarely have I been so enchanted by a whispered voice as with yours! And not just emotionally, but with pure and deep relaxation bordering on coma-like body-stillness. You put me under so far while still vaguely aware. I love it.
