Hey whats the difference between ergo chair vs ergo pro chair?
Autonomous changed the names of their chairs. This chair use to be called ergo chair 2 but they’ve renamed it to the ergochair Pro. Same chair they just changed the names and upped the prices 🤦🏽♂️ 🤦🏽♂️

I had an argument with another person who also made a video about this chair, and they claimed that the Ergochair 2 and Ergochair Pro were two different chairs.

The ergo 2 lumbar back support is my favorite feature and the ability to move around and adjust the chair for your needs during the day is game changer. Like I mentioned in the video if you have back problems ergo chair will do you right. If not Myo chair both are really great chairs for it price point. But that ergo chair 2 just looks so good next to a setup with the two tones colors. Either way it’s a Win!!!!

I'm so happy I found this video at the right time as the Ergo Chair pro is on sale for CAD332
although sadly only the green Ergo Chair pro is at this sale price so defiantly not the first choice in terms of colour as I would take the black, grey or blue one over this but for the benefits, I wouldn't mind getting a chair where the seat is green. I haven't purchased it yet though as I am still looking at other options.
Thats my dream chair to get one day when I find enough change in my couch and all the couches i sit in. I'm also checking the couches i sit in at IKEA dont wanna pass up extra opportunities. lol That wallpaper in the background tripping me out but dope AF! lol

how's the back support on the jarvfjallet? is the top too narrow for your shoulders?
@@ZainDewsi the back support is good and when adjusted to your liking serves very well. As you head upwards the the shoulders do narrow inward. It really depends on your body type. For me I haven’t notice a thing, even tho I had the exact same concern. I’m 5,9 188 pounds with average body building physic. One thing tho, change the casters they are shit. Get roller blade casters

I have not made a follow up video.. but can be a great idea. Over all the chair is still fantastic and I still love the color scheme, how the backrest sit up in a goo9d posture position. The only bad is it squeaks when you rock and the arm rest squeaks.I have not tried to add WD4 but may do the trick. overall no back pains, seat cushion is still intact as well. Still think it is a great option for an ergonomic office chair

Dope review! Yah that armrest is hard af lol, but I dig my ergo chair a lot and I feel like it’s been so beneficial to my posture. Does your adjustable back support go down on its own a lot? I swear I can’t get the back support to stay in place.
I agree, ergo chair 2 is great for your posture and I enjoy that feature as well. The lumbar pillow? Nope it stays in place. It’s kinda stiff to move but locks in the notches and stays. 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

Thanks for the review William - I got the Myochair but I don't really like how it never sits at a 90 degree angle and doesn't have a lot of lumbar support. Maybe I'll try the ergochair and see if it's better. Great quality review BTW. Is this the Cool Grey color?
Thanks a lot David 🙌🏾🙌🏾 yea Myo for some reason wasn’t designed to sit up at 90 degrees which doesn’t make sense for ergonomic posture all they had to do was add another notch in back support lol I learned to live with the Myo. But I can say the ergo chair 2 does have that good 90 degree angle and so many adjustments it’s almost impossible to not get the chair to adjust to your body and the lumbar is clutch on ergo chair very well padded and can adjust In-N-Out your back and up and down. Might be a better fit for you sure. 💯😎

Yea I like this chair for its aesthetic for sure if you get the cool gray. Goes great with my setup lol
but it’s a pretty good chair with lots of adjustments to maximize your comfort. If you’re shorter than like 6 feet it’s great and 200lbs I think it’s a great fit. Seems like EVERYONE has this chair tho 🤣🤣😂 also can’t go wrong with the 30 day trial just make sure you keep the box in case you’re not digging it.

yea I agree. Lots of marketing for there products of people receiving the chair for review. I can’t speak for everyone but when I make videos about products I’m just trying to be real about it. What’s the point right?!!
I mean this chair isn’t perfect as I mentioned in the video a few cons like the armrest. Not being parallel with your arm can be uncomfortable. The seat cushion can feel uncomfortable as well for sitting for too long…if the room is hot can be sweaty and feel like you’re sitting on the bottom of the wood of the chair.. but not sure if it’s due to my weight…
In my honest opinion I don’t think it’s worth $500. When I got it it was 350 which I thought was a good price vs what all you get.

But I don’t think there is a perfect one out there. I’ve heard good things about the Hyken from staples and the ikea markus too so maybe check those chairs out great price point vs quality

I’m on the fence between these 2 chairs, how are they after using them long term?
They’re still pretty good chairs. Love the cool grey of the ergoChair pro with my mostly white setup. Fits in great. The core still is rock solid as well. Since the ergo core has increased pricing I think you mind as well go for the pro if you don’t mind missing out on the footrest.

Still pretty solid. squeaks a little but everything is in tacked and still a comfy ergonomic chair. I am also still using this one. I have 2 others to chose from at home and receive offers to try others but I am satisfied with it. besides the squeaking
hey man, I see you're still rocking one of them horrible membrane scissor switch keyboards, I would really look into a mechanical keyboard if I were you, there's a whole market out there for custom keyboards so they dont have to look gamery and can really improve your setup and just overall user experience

Absolutely!!! I saw a few videos of people 6’4 saying ergo chair 2 is great. The chair has so many adjustments should have no problem to find your comfort zone.

Do you have Mac or PC. It’s a wallpaper engine. On Mac I use a app called dynamic wallpaper. Wall paper engine has moving wall papers for your computer. They’re hella dope. I hope this makes sense lol

The app is called “Dynamic wallpaper” in the Apple Mac store cost about 2.99. If you have the app I’m the search bar at the top right type in “astronaut” should be the 4th one. If you have another app try searching astronaut should be there I see plenty of ones I’ve seen others use. Let me know if it all works out

Lower Backrest
Raise and Lower adjustment arm
Leg rest guide rails for the second time
Resolution:
I reached out to customer service via chat, and they are unwilling to replace any of the broken parts because it is out of the one-year warranty. They directed me to the replacement parts portion of the website.
1 Year Review and Final thoughts:
It is a comfortable chair, but I would not recommend it for home office use, and it will not hold up to commercial use. It would be nice to see Autonomous stand behind their products, as I was pleased until the product started falling apart. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the purchase of the Ergochair Recline model. The chair is engineered poorly for the price, so if you are going to purchase one, plan on replacing parts.

If you have back pain you definitely need an ergonomic chair with lumbar and good back support. The ergo chair 2 in this video I think would suit you well. Has lots of adjustments to fine tune comfort. It cost about 400 usd tho. But I think it’ll be worth it and your back will thank you.

Also thy never fixed the existing issues such as the arm rest, foam seat or the lumber back support or wheels.
