Ridin'the storm out... Sharpen that God-damned Chain!...&... stop all that pivoting...if your chain is not pulling you into the wood!...Wang dang...wanga dang dang...Lol!
Looks like that all pitched in together tho buy one saw that wasn’t big enough for the job. Should have splurged a little to buy some belts or spackle. I bet that have no insurance. I bet I know what there gonna buy when they get paid. I bet they asked for half the money upfront too. Just a guess
Hire a tree service.....it may cost you, but you wont wind up on youtube. That tree needed to be a technical takedown. if went the wrong way...good by house. no safety gear, no escape path, to many onlookers.
there should be millions of acre's of virgin hardwood forests in the south,,,if this is how long it takes to cut one chicken shit Mickey mouse tree down.
Tip of saw, no safety gear, too greater mass and reverse cutting , lack of understanding 3 dimensional objects and no awareness expressed . Yep it wont be long before someone gets hurt bad !
What's with a 60% felling notch? On a heavy forward leaner like that they will be darned lucky to survive it and avoid a barber chair. Even after setting the hinge way too far back they failed to leave a clean notch. There is way too much testosterone and not enough thought in this video. Even a quick review of the BC faller series or the Husqvarna series of videos would have let them appear to be total amateurs.
southerners are poets and romantics - beautiful people for sure. nice job fellas
Try sharpening the chain. You'd have it done in a third of the time.
