The song is a tribute to sexworkers. He sings from 4 different perspectives:
1 verse is from a clients, 2 verse from a pimp, 3 verse from a police and in the chorus from the perspectice of a son of a sexworker.
first verse is not from a client but from the sex worker..

STROMAE has that effect - I want to say WOW! (3:18) SO COOL! (6:06) I find instantly A LOT of emotion stirs up when you listen to his music, the lyrics convey truth & metaphors, his mix of sound/beats are over the top, and his visuals are impressive. Your reaction was genuine and enjoyable to watch. I recommend you comment on what he is singing about because STROMAE (which is a play on the word MAESTRO) is such a great artist - the full artist - even when you don't speak any French (and I don't) you can still enjoy his AMAZING talent - his music, his visuals, read the translation in English and you will find each song is a real story that is meant to stir an emotion - just WOW, SO COOL!
