    Excellent teacher, law was never so interesting to me in College but Sir has taught it so well. Our colleges need teachers like him but unfortunately we don't have such enthusiastic teachers at even Post graduate level.

    It was really an amazing lecture, plus sir has uploaded Lecture 2 on the channel itself which completes the Act. Highly recommended to watch on this channel only as other channels don't have the subject/Act fully covered, also the way of teaching is like your big brother is teaching you in a fun/storytelling way. Going to watch all these HR/Labour related laws, thanks sir

    औद्योगिक.वि.अधि.1947 की धारा 29 के अंतर्गत अपराध का संज्ञान किस न्याया द्वारा लिया जा सकेगा डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन मेमो में उल्लेख नहीं है।
    तब अपराध का संज्ञान किस न्यायालय द्वारा लिया जा सकेगा क्रप्या बताएं ।
