Yeah, I hear it too, it is ear crushing... It is worse on the right channel than on the left, so had to take off the right ear cup to endure the vid.. It is a really loud and high pitched, so older people can't hear it at all.
We rode across Canada on our Suzuki DR650's and routinely did these checks before every ride. Preventative maintenance is crucial so you don't get stranded on your trips 😀 Great video *T4S*
Great to see you kick thouse tires, here in Argentina we have a saying for all those non-fancy quick solutions that is "tie it with wire" (atalo con alambre). And also love for Kawasaki!

Good advice, thx Alex........As I drive to work at 5 am I kept seeing this same Harley type of bike with no tail light. At least 3 times in a couple weeks, finally somebody must have told him. Also have a friend that has been riding on expired plate since last July, hahaha.

Most motorcycle manuals suggest checking engine oil levels when its warm so its not really a pre ride check :) But a good informative video!
CodeNameABK not many, really. only dry carter one like 660 xtz
For all the bikes I have owned, the manual clearly stated to check the oil level only when engine is warm. For my current S1000RR, it even states the engine temp should be the operating temperature which is around 70C (160F).
But yeah, checking if there is some oil in the engine before a ride is not a bad idea :) but I wouldnt expect all the oil to just disappear without visibly leaking out.

Got tips but why not just go through a checklist, you missed so many things for example checking if your chain has the right amount of slack or even if you have gas..
