What people don't realise is that the artists are not the only one who struggle and work hard. The staff who works day and night are the reason you get perfect looking artists with perfect looking outfits. The perfect set for music videos, the perfect makeup, they work day and night too and they deserve acknowledgement and credit for their hardwork too.

They're also the only ones in the industry that does idol training for free so that the idols don't end up with a career long debt with the company. Every other company I know of takes a portion of their income towards the debt. How cool is it that for example txt and enhypen debuted not that long ago but they've 0 debt with the company and can keep everything they earn from the company. While tons of idols struggle to pay it back and a lot of their income goes towards it. I only have respect for bighit, bangpd and the people that work there.

This was necessary because after news blast out abt one staff member being fired few ppl generalized all of the BIGHIT staff as Careless... I understand we army are taking care of our boys but we should also be careful with HOW or else soon it won't be different from toxicity! Or controlling or too dominating... BIGHIT is also part of BTS! And they must feel safe with us 💜💚💜let's make green as a sign of safety towards BIGHIT and BTS and all army around
After watching this video I as an ARMY has realised that we are nothing ,the true caring people are always with them n they are the staff of Bighit entertainment who stays n supports BTS 24/7 .We people after watching the MV we fall asleep but they always stay awake until BTS gets to sleep ,they also suffers when BTS goes through tough situation n as an ARMY I really appreciate it.
He takes care of them all since little Jungkook as always so kind and lovable don't forget them.
