I just want to reaffirm, *your support here is enough* ♥️ There are negative comments popping up on this new brands page and I really don’t want that for them, for you or on behalf of me. Obviously I can’t control anyones actions and we are all entitled to our opinions and beliefs but the way I see it, everything is energy and we reap what we sow. Where we comment, watch and spend our time online is how we spend our social media currency (absolutely no one making a living online can do so without you, so own that power and direct your digital engagement to the online spaces that make you feel good and the people/things you want to support and see more of). A sea of silence and non-engagement speaks much louder than the generated traffic of unsupportive views and comments online. Just watching today, engaging with all these kind responses and sharing excitement for the rebrand over here is entirely enough and I hope that energy and support will come back to you tenfold! I really appreciate the amount of care it takes to want to take more action in some way, so maybe show some love to another small business, buy someone a coffee next time you’re in line, or start up that online business you’ve been thinking about if you need to direct that energy into action (just don’t forget to file your trademark). I’ve made peace with this and am enjoying the rebranding process along with this sweet pocket of time with my wee babe. Sending so much comfort and care your way, thanks again!
The name can be taken. But the passion, love, effort, creativity, sleepless nights, stressful days, and everything you did to create more than just the brand name - to create the community, the positivity, the safety, the atmosphere - can never be taken from you. As much as the name represented, a name is also just a name. Everything you did to create the Koze Community is still here and we are all still in so much appreciation and awe of you. I’m excited for all that is yet to come!
I saw this video when it first came out, but it's being recommended again now. I can't imagine what it's been like, having your brand ripped from you, only to have Jaclyn toss Koze aside a few months later. To have her say her heart isn't in it... I mean we knew that, but it's such a slap in the face that she's so dismissive of the damage caused, and openly admits she didn't care about the brand at all. She leaves a path of destruction in her wake, and in her mind it's NEVER her fault. I hope things are looking up, and that you never have to go through something like this again ♥

I personally found you through her launch video, and found myself relating to you more than her by miles. Of course, through you're also a mother, down to earth, and humble, someone that i would much rather support. This is so sad not because your name is taken and you have to rebrand because you are handling it well, but because women in this day and age, should do nothing but help and uplift eachother, there's no way she didn't decide to just ignore your message and name. I feel like her constant talk of "this is my 3rd brand and business, and blah blah" just shows how she had the time and resources to change the name. I will be following this rebrand, you have a new follower and she has lost my support. 🤷🏻♀️
Also, like to add, none of her "apologies" or addressing of any other drama have felt genuine and i just want people to remember that when she finally addressed this issue. It is clear, we heard Kalyn's story and of course she will make up what she wants of not knowing anything about this and pinning it all on her "team." don't be gullible people, this "creator" has done enough to prove she is not genuine and money hungry 😅
i parted ways from this creator after she did this to you. i’ve been following you for essentially the entirety of my adulthood (and i’m pushing 30 now). i’ve been a loyal follower of hers as well even through all the drama associated because she’s a beauty icon and i worked in the beauty industry for so long. this wasn’t okay. you’re handling it so beautifully and gracefully though. i love ya girl. cheers to being the bigger woman ✨🍾🥂
I’m with you. I had been being following the other creator as well as Kayln for a long time. I was in awe when I saw the other creator posted and trade marked the Koze brand. I was a full supporter of Kayln for years and didn’t want to support the other Koze brand. I was struggling on what I should do about following the creator that took Kaylins brand. So after this video I unfollowed all brands that are associated with her, her makeup and her jewelry. I had previous to this post wanted to support her but I feel it’s wrong and the way Kaylin is handing this is beyond measure.
I’m with you! I’ve followed both for many years but Kalyn feels like family to me! Watching her handle this with far more grace than I feel right now is so inspiring and not at all surprising, while the other is silent and cares more about money than doing the right thing ❤

Jaclyn may now have the name, Make make money off it, but her life is CLEARLY out of control. She is now EVEN MORE despised, an alcoholic, out of control with her weight and she can never hope to have the class and decency that you have. May she have karma come her way soon. I have followed this creator since I was 14 years old. I’m 25 now.. I was a loyal supporter through all her challenges with her businesses etc. but once I found out about this, I immediately unsubscribed and unfollowed her. This is not okay. I’m not going to say any hateful things towards her. But let me just say, the amount of maturity, and grace you’ve had while handling this is amazing. It doesn’t go unnoticed! I'm someone with a lot of temper and a short fuse and I don't want to be, I have trouble dealing with disagreements in my day to day life as I'm easily led away by my emotions, but I also never saw in my environment what the alternative could be. This must have been very painful for you, but this whole video taught me a lot about having class and being kind and graceful through hardships. I had never seen anyone be so kind and loving in the middle of very difficult emotions. I admire you a lot for this and I'm inspired to do the same.

It's so surreal to be watching this video right now. I remember watching the vlog that the Koze Crew was "born", for lack of a better word. I remember sitting down and watching that vlog the day it came out, it was all about how to handle a bad day, and I know I've watched it multiple times since then. Watching you grow Koze and this crew over the years has been so inspiring. And it has brought me a lot of comfort over the years knowing you're out in the world bringing so much positivity into it and being able to soak it up whenever I need it. It's so bitter sweet to have watched the awe and excitement on your face when you called us the Koze Crew for the first time as it happened, and now we are saying goodbye. Just watching today, engaging with all these kind responses and sharing excitement for the rebrand over here is entirely enough and I hope that energy and support will come back to you tenfold! I really appreciate the amount of care it takes to want to take more action in some way, so maybe show some love to another small business, buy someone a coffee next time you’re in line, or start up that online business you’ve been thinking about if you need to direct that energy into action (just don’t forget to file your trademark). But the passion, love, effort, creativity, sleepless nights, stressful days, and everything you did to create more than just the brand name - to create the community, the positivity, the safety, the atmosphere - can never be taken from you. I saw this video when it first came out, but it's being recommended again now. I can't imagine what it's been like, having your brand ripped from you, only to have Jaclyn toss Koze aside a few months later. To have her say her heart isn't in it... I mean we knew that, but it's such a slap in the face that she's so dismissive of the damage caused, and openly admits she didn't care about the brand at all. She leaves a path of destruction in her wake, and in her mind it's NEVER her fault. I hope things are looking up, and that you never have to go through something like this again ♥

I personally found you through her launch video, and found myself relating to you more than her by miles. Of course, through you're also a mother, down to earth, and humble, someone that i would much rather support. This is so sad not because your name is taken and you have to rebrand because you are handling it well, but because women in this day and age, should do nothing but help and uplift eachother, there's no way she didn't decide to just ignore your message and name. I feel like her constant talk of "this is my 3rd brand and business, and blah blah" just shows how she had the time and resources to change the name. I will be following this rebrand, you have a new follower and she has lost my support. 🤷🏻♀️

I’m with you. I had been being following the other creator as well as Kayln for a long time. I was in awe when I saw the other creator posted and trade marked the Koze brand. I was a full supporter of Kayln for years and didn’t want to support the other Koze brand. I was struggling on what I should do about following the creator that took Kaylins brand. So after this video I unfollowed all brands that are associated with her, her makeup and her jewelry. I had previous to this post wanted to support her but I feel it’s wrong and the way Kaylin is handing this is beyond measure.

I have followed this creator since I was 14 years old. I’m 25 now.. I was a loyal supporter through all her challenges with her businesses etc. but once I found out about this, I immediately unsubscribed and unfollowed her. This is not okay. It's so surreal to be watching this video right now. I remember watching the vlog that the Koze Crew was "born", for lack of a better word. I remember sitting down and watching that vlog the day it came out, it was all about how to handle a bad day, and I know I've watched it multiple times since then. Watching you grow Koze and this crew over the years has been so inspiring. And it has brought me a lot of comfort over the years knowing you're out in the world bringing so much positivity into it and being able to soak it up whenever I need it.
