    My 6 year old came in to the living room mid-session and asked why the ladies were so small. She thought they had been shrunk and were standing in front of a white door. Lol. Now I can't stop seeing it. Great workouts btw! Makes me excited to exercise. Thank you

    Videos are great. I recommend maybe at the beggining of the video, right before beginning the exercises, putting a preview of each exercise that will be done so people can have an idea of what's to come.

      thats a great idea its called cue -ing or cueing and since she doesnt do the exercise to the beat per se than a intro to it would be good i will try it soon asap

      You are right. Sometimes I get irritated because half way through I realise it is not for me, but at the same time I don't want to quit being that far. Your solution would easily solve my problem.

    I’m 69 years old . Since my twenties, I’ve done aerobics, running, trampoline and biking . The most important workout is weight lifting . What you do in your twenties, thirties, forties and fifties pays off when you are in your Sixties. I lift heavy in the gym and I’m as strong as I was in my twenties. Working out with instructors such as this girl insures doing everything correctly . Hiring a weight trainer teaches correct posture and technique. Workout instructors are the best people to surround yourself with .

    How wonderful to be reunited with you beautiful lady.
    You carried me through the first lockdown. I'll never forget your wonderful videos and i know that, unfortunately, many people died, so sorry for this and some people still suffering side affects. However, i enjoyed the stillness of it all. I was going out dancing on the streets, running etc.

    I just discovered Nicole Steen during quarantine, and I'm really LOVING her workouts as she explains where and what I'm supposed to feel with each move.     I'm underweight and have a stomach disorder so it's hard for me to exercise regularly. I've started again and want to do at least 3-4 of these workouts a week.

    THIS IS SO BOMB! even tho i took a 2 day rest because i couldnt even get up was worth it!!!! i lost 4 pounds in a week!!! obviously with a food control as well but thank you ladies im glad i came across this video 🤍

    I love these no equipment workouts.
    Need to make time for workouts. I’m a foodie, I like to cook eat and CZcams the recipe of the day. Apart from the day job, managing 2 kids I try to fit in a 20 min HIIT workout. Feels satisfying.

    I firmly believe it was this workout that pushed me over the edge. I had been stuck in my weight loss journey for a while but did the workout every day for 2 weeks and dropped the two pounds I couldn’t before. I just added this to my current running program (along with my calories plan). Now on to the next weight goal!

    Hello, I been working out for 3 weeks I watch your video everyday and I definitely see a difference I was 393 pounds I am 369 . I will keep on working . I did almost pass out first time I did it (Just kidding) but everyday it gets easier.
