About The Nanny:
Fran Drescher stars as Fran Fine, a street-smart young woman with a face out of Vogue and a voice out of Queens who stumbles onto the opportunity to become nanny to the children of a wealthy widower, Maxwell Sheffield. Soon Fran, with her offbeat nurturing and no-nonsense honesty, touches Maxwell as well as the kids.

"She cancelled my fake meeting?!" 😂😂😂 That has to be one of my favorite quotes from The Nanny.
Mine too😂😂😂👍👍
Perfect! Fran pulled a fast one on Maxwell + he couldn't figure out how to get out of it w/o "outing" his fib!
@@debrahouston2884 it helps he's English and overly polite 😂😂
Rookie trying to defeat the master
@@brokenmask333 RIGHT! If he was thinking... How would she know about a meeting the HE made up! HILARIOUS! ☠️😂🤣😅
She cancelled my fake meeting😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Fran is a true pro :)))
the delivery and timing of “you’re eating the paper off the MUFFIN” KILLS ME EVERY TIME
We actually see Fran's father, rather than him usually being an off screen character
Took until they were married!
I remember an episode from an earlier season where Maxwell said to Fran: "I've never met your father. No one has. I'm not even sure he bloody well exists." 😂
@@musicaltheatergeek79 😭
Yeah just a toupee😂
Actually, he appeared in many episodes… well his hair did at least. It should have been given a guest star credit.
She canceled his fake meeting😂🙏😂😂❤️
That dress! It took me a moment to realize that it's a dart board. She shouldn't give C.C. any ideas. :)
Good comment 👍
😂😂 Thanks for the laugh!
@@kimmiglannon6275 Thanks! :)
@@esmeraldagems9487 My pleasure! :)
OMG I didn't think of that until now lol 😆
0:42 He's been outsmarted. He has to stay.
I never considered Steve Lawrence to be a slob, but he did a great job playing Morty.
Fran actually got an ex-football star to play her father?
@@Floymin Apparently, you should google his name.
@@SR-iy4gg I did. Which Steve Lawrence is he, if not the football star?
@@Floymin He’s a singer and actor and him and his wife were in a singing duo called Steve and Eydie. His wife’s name was Eydie Gorme.
@@psychedelicpayroll5412 The makeup department did a great job hiding his identity. I had no fricken clue he was the same guy she met in Atlantic City.
For once we get to see the man underneath the toupee 😂
🤣🤣🤣 I was shooketh!!!!
100th Like.Congratulations!🥳🎉🎊
@@Nicamon Thanks fam 😁
He was on a few episodes. I think the first one was the wedding episode.
Yeees!!!
"She cancelled my fake meeting!" Uber Fran 😂
The eye contact into the camera max does is hilarious
her dad is hillarious! I love him🥳
That's singer Steve Larence. Singer Edie Gormae is his wife. Very popular in the 50s 60s
Steve & Eydie cameoed as themselves in the Season 2 episode where Brighton joins Sylvia's canasta team and the whole family goes to Atlantic City for the championship tournament.
Yes, for years I always thought they were Italian, it turns out bother were Jewish. Who would have thunk it?
@@mudgebauer Edie’s parents were born in Turkey, their last name was actually Gormezano. Steve Lawrence was named Sidney Liebowitz at birth. One of their sons, Michael Robert died suddenly of ventricular fibrillation from an undiagnosed heart condition at age 23
Her name is spelled Eydie Gorme!!!!
I can’t want til you guys post when he sang to her! I cried on that part, it was so sweet
We FINALLY meet her daddy!
I can’t help but wonder if this is like the first 90s show where we actually meet an offscreen character (I know I wuz little but I still remember it always being like a friend thts a real player😎lol or a parent or the characters gf/bf who they always talked to through another room or “oh *blank* was here u just missed him”😂)
@@HTom-dn2vp Violet from "Keeping Up Appearances" was before this.
I just finished binge watching the whole series. This is one of my favorite episodes.
Not gonna lie I'm sad about the ending. It felt a bit rushed. Overall such a great show.
They weren’t originally planning on it being the final season, so that’s why so much is crammed in second half of the season.
CBS forced them to marry and said the show MIGHT get another year. They really thought they could get higher ratings again 😢
Eating the paper off the muffin! Hahahaha 😂 🤣!!
It's funny cause her whole family developed a habit of eating inedible things. 😂
@@lannisterfilth That's true! Sylvia once ate a refrigerator magnet, thinking it was an Oreo cookie. :)
@@Boxermom0317 And a coaster thinking ti was a ricecake
@@magikopa I forgot about that one LOL
And Yetta with the wax grapes.
I felt bad for Morty in this episode I get that Sylvia wasn't happy with their marriage but that's no excuse to cheat on your spouse
When you're a narcissist, everything is allowed especially cheating because the only thing you care about is your small self. I cringe every time I see Sylvia! The typical narcissist whose behavior is normalized on the screen and has never been questioned...😔
Steve Larence. was great on the as himself and frans dad
She cancel My fake meeting 🤣
Eating is a fine Family Fine tradition. Whether its the decor or the paper off the muffin. Or a rubber shrimp
Your eating the paper off the muffin 😂
Fran is me talking to my dad about everything... _you're eating the paper off the muffin!_
I knew Fran had a dad, but I never saw him
He sang at her wedding too.
@@digital_gravity he did?? How did I miss that?
They finally showing Fran's Dad.
This is the first time I see Frans father. I only see his wig in other episodes. Hehe
I have the same china set she used for the tea. It's a beautiful collection.
Frans face expression after said cancel that meeting🤣🤣🤣
R.I.P Steve Lawrence 😢 🙏
“Saturday? Oye, the islanders are playing!”
Love Steve Lawrence. Also Frans outfit.
You’re eating the paper off the muffin 😂😂😂😂
Loved the Nanny.
RIP Steve Lawrence
Love this episode and show great video thank you
0:35 If that's not a Lucille Ball look, I don't know what is!
First and only daddy on screen scene 😂😂
He returns in the series finale.
How funny would it be if Max really did have a meeting and forgot about it and that’s why they “called” and cancelled it
Morty did appear before this episode, but, like George Steinbrenner on Seinfeld, we didn’t see his face
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 he's perfect 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
1:46-1:52 lol xD
Rene Taylor (Sylvia Fine) actual husband is the doctor he had affair with
Took us how long to meet Morty?🤣🤣🤣(worth the wait ig lol, loved the ep lmaooo
Where are full episodes..?
I like the dude but he also looks and acts nothing I imagined her dad to be lmao
Hahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
FULL EPISODES PLEASE!!!
First time I see her dad
Look at her dress. She's wearing a dartboard.
I think Abe Vigoda would have been a better choice to play Fran's father.
Sylvia and morty celebrate 40 years together. In s2 Sylvia was 50 this is s6 4 years late. 54 minus 40 is 14 years
I wouldn't necessarily trust a Fine woman to be... mathematically accurate about her age. I assume it means "over fifty and so we don't talk about it." After all, isn't Fran still 29? Or 30?
O.o
Did he really say
"I heard you laid a big egg last night?"
😂🤣👏💖
Your eating the paper of the muffin..i think that's a spontan..not in the script..it's funny hahaha🤣🤣
Too bad he wasn’t part of the show more
He doesn't look old enough to be her father
I don't know, I think he looks old enough to be the father of a 28 year old.
@@dreamingfool2 *29
He would be older-looking without his toupé, I guess.
Oh so he is not a ghost?
First Time in my lfe I see Morty!!! 😨😱
Soo,is this fran drescher's real dad??
No 😂😂😂
No, but in all of Morty’s previous “appearances” where you can’t see his face, her real dad (Mort Drescher) did Morty Fine’s voice.
Her uncle Stanley and his wife are her actual parents. When she's having her twins and she asks why he didn't give up his parking space for her dad, and he asks what is he chopped liver....that's them giving a subtle hint hint and they're in the front row next to Sylvia and Morty
Manipulation from A - Z
People calling their parents mommy and daddy like little children just makes me cringe🥴
Maybe the worst idea of the show to reveal the Fran's father face no ?
sometimes only the wig shown in Sylvia house or the one that floating in the pool😆
