How to Pick Up a Fallen Motorcycle

Picking up a fallen motorcycle will never be fun, but it is most certainly part of the adventure. Riding on fire roads, two tracks the simplest of trails ... falling will be part of the ride. You must be able to pick up whatever bike you are riding. I would suggest practicing picking up your bike in a controlled environment, like your garage:).
I use the technique in this video ... for all bikes. There are alternatives to picking up fallen bikes, however, this method has been best for me.
