I recommend to give your car a 2 - 5 minutes to warm up before running. This helps a lot with the oil, lubricating the engine.
There are a lot of reasons for that, it could be that your Thermostat is not properly working not circulating the water properly, you could have a clogged radiator or malfunctioning temp sensor. Have you experienced overheating?
