    Gald he's finally getting more recognition. He's been fantastic for Leicester for a good few years now. One of the best over the ball I've ever seen.

    Love this guy, awesome player and deserves his chance. However the clip against Connacht where he gets the penalty, to me anyway, highlights the key issue with the breakdown. Not singling out the lad at all because it happens every game by every player. But he’s made no attempt to try and lift the ball there, he’s just put his hands on it and has been rewarded with a penalty. I’d love to see players get rewarded for at least attempting to steal the ball.

    This is why teams need specialist at 7 cause no other loose forward attacks the ball more than the 7.

    Being a welshman what im about to say would be sacrilegious.
    Tommy Reffell could be better than Sam Warburton. Equally as good at the breakdown. Same goes for tackling ability. Better in the loose.
    An exceptional player.

      As much as I love foxy we need to move on to new players, he’s lost pace and it’s really obvious which just means he can’t defend like he used to nor attack tbf, what we’ve taken in the midfield for the tour actually looks really strong

      Why would we gloat? He's Welsh. Played school and club rugby up to age of 16 in Wales. Got a fantastic opportunity to develop in Tigers' Academy to end up where he is now. If he qualified for England on residency then decided to wear the red rose, perhaps England could gloat they stole him from us!

    • @SenateWelfare
      @SenateWelfare Před 2 lety +5

      Why would us Welsh be claiming that? I know the lad on a personal level any chance he has to come home he takes it. When the rumours of him getting called up to England started swirling I sent him the article and he shot the idea down in an instant. He was never going t wear a white jersey
