    We've been here. The Ashdown forest is a beautiful place and we're so pleased that Pooh Corner has new owners and will continue. It's a brilliant Pooh shop and the cream teas are wonderful! We hope to go back to see the Poohseum!

    Was the stuff like Pooh’s house something that was already there as just a red door and that’s what inspired the author to make it “Pooh’s house” or did people add that stuff after the book became famous?

    Pooh Bear is such a big part of my life, childhood, and who I am as a person. Thank you for documenting this I had no idea they have a park for the hundred acre wood. Now I will have to visit.

      Yes, for those who do not know you can get food there as well as tea, cocoa, and ice cream sodas. I think that they have sandwiches, salads, soup and sweets.

    Hi myself and daughter are thinking of visiting pooh museum she has fascinated on winnie since she was 2 she is an adult now she has everything with winnie the pooh and friends too
    I would love to surprise her to see it.

    The Poohseum is very impressive now, more there than you could imagine. There is also a really cool (and well hidden ) farm shop just by the pooh car park, (opposite side of the road) that is well worth checking out, lots of really good organic fruit, veg, drinks and bakery goods etc.

    ‘I don’t know whether Disney would agree with that.’ WTF!
    It should be whether AA Milne would agree with that, it’s got bugger all to do with Disney - and a lot of the stuff shown in the shop looks nothing like the original drawings/paintings of Pooh and friends.
    Pooh sticks is just one side of the bridge to the other, not when yours manages to get ahead (cheeky boy). The piling up of pooh sticks will eventually cause a sort of beaver dam and would be worth clearing at times.
    This may sound daft but I, my Teddy, my wife and her Shaun visit 100 Acre Wood every Friday night in Sleepy Land. The lads visit Owl for a lesson in philosophy and then we all do various activities finishing with tea (and lots of “hunny”) at Christopher Robin's.
    Hope the shop and poohseum do well - thanks for the video.

    OMG!! This was SO CUTE!! I wish I could have gone there while was in London, although I was only there for a very short time. I hope if I go to London I can go to Pooh Corner and the Pooh-sueum!! EVERYTHING looked SO cute!!

    I wonder if Pooh had the same impact on people as Robin Hood, Tarzan, & Mighty Joe Young, meaning that people were introduced to Pooh with the Disney version instead of other versions.

      He was the authors son, but he actually was incredibly resentful of the books, of the fame, and of the stories and did everything in his power to distance himself from the character of Christopher Robin.

    Are you still in Europe? If you are, you should definitely visit Efteling Theme Park in the Netherlands (not for from GB). I think it's the most magical and most beautiful theme park in the world really.
