Yes, if the mechanics of the game were not taken into account, the horrible shock would kill the soldiers in the tanks. Although the tank itself may not have been completely destroyed.

What happened at the end though, why all the chaos dwarf's artillery exploded?

@Daniel Chung The final picture may be a bit confusing. In fact, the tanks have already begun to attack the train. And these trains have been under attack by German artillery fire. The double action causes them to end up exploding very quickly.

I think realistically a modern military such as the Imperial German military would absolutely destroy all the medievalish armies of the Warhammer universe with their super long range artilleries and rapid firing machine guns.
It would like in that anime called "Gate".

the chaos Dwarfs are really strong, they killed a lot of good imperial soldiers and machines. But the tiger tanks saved the day.
